Outstanding service!!!!!

Product was as advertised but malfunctioned and could not be repaired due to small springs holding battery. Springs did not match and must have been installed in error. What was really outstanding was the way the replacement was handled. Seller arranged for a UPS pick up very early in the day. Later the same day, the replacement item appeared at the door! Outstanding service!!!!!
