Great Initial impression

I purchased this mount to replace a cd-slot type of mount. It worked fine, but I noticed the pressure was causing my factory Bose stereo screen to flash from time-to-time. I originally installed it on the cushioned, somewhat angled, dashboard, but that connection appeared to be somewhat suspect. It started to come loose at the angled part. In the directions it does say a smooth surface should be used, and the area I was using was soft and somewhat rough. I decided to move it to the vertical area between two vents, and that worked nicely. The adhesive is so good that I didn’t even have to use the second supplied adhesive strip; I simply removed the mount and remounted it. I have attached a couple of photos. All in all, this is a good product. It holds my iPhone 7 with the leather Apple case just fine. I can wholeheartedly recommend this if you have a smooth, consistent surface onto which to attach it.

Very versatile and well made

I've been looking for a phone mount for my Jeep Wrangler for several months now. There's not a lot of good places to place a phone mount. This one is exactly what I needed. The bendable portions of the dash mount part are great if you're not putting it on a flat surface. Magnet holds my 5.7" LG phone easily, and the adjustable angles make it versatile. The big question is how long the adhesive will stick, but it appears to be pretty solid for now. For the price of under $7, it can't be beat.

A+ product for PLUS size phones

I bought one of these about a year ago and thought it was good until I bought this one. This one is absolutely amazing. I have a note 5 so my phone is fairly big. You can literally throw your phone at it and the magnets will catch the steel plate on the back of your phone no problem. The magnetics are done extremely well on this particular product. Plus I got it in 2 days.

Minimalistic look with a strong magnet

This little magnet mount is perfect. Its very simple in design and smaller than I expected. But don't be fooled by the size because the magnet in this thing is super strong. I just put my phone on it and I don't have to worry about it falling off no matter how rough the road is. Putting it landscape mode couldn't be easier either! I've had other magnet mounts and the magnet would be so weak that it would fall at any bump I went over. I've also had the mount where you have to put it in a cradle and although it worked, it could be tedious to place in the cradle itself. Also the 3M sticky pad that it comes with it is super sticky and will stick to any surface. I have it mounted on the top dash. Even without my phone attached to it, its small enough to be non-obtrusive unlike the huge suction cup dash mounts or window mounts that are so big that you have to take it down just so its not an eyesore without the phone in place. In the package you get 2 magnets, one rectangle and one circle, which also can stick to anything. Personally I don't stick it directly on my phone because I don't want to damage my phone although it does come with direction on how to remove the magnet if you getting rid of the phone. It also comes with an extra 3M sticky pad in case you need to remove where it is mounted and place it somewhere else. All in all, you get a lot for the price! I would definitely recommend this!

Keeps phone visible and holds securely!

This magnetic holder is exactly as described, and comes packaged in a small, easy-to-open box. That package was mailed in a small, plastic, bubble-wrap envelope, which arrived quickly after the purchase. The dashboard mount is quick and easy to install. This item is absolutely fantastic. The base sticks well to the car and is small and unobtrusive. The magnet part that attaches to the phone stick well to the magnet, keeping the phone firmly in place. So far the holder is holding up well against rough road and pot holes.it's easy to install and the grip is good, been to two roadtrips already with it. If I need a replacement, I will definitely order another one of this.

So tiny & perfect

The magnet is sooo strong!!! Its very slim & subtle. Before, I had one that was quite large, adjusted at several points, broke the second day. I'm a little bit surprised I never got pulled over bc it was actually quite an obstruction of view..but the adhesive melted, got all sticky & goopy on my dash. This one hasn't yet!! & I have had record days in a row of over 100. Also....i love love LOOVVEEE the fact that this came with an EXTRA adhesive pad for the mount...bc I did mess up the first time, & it will not stick again if you pull it off. Same with the magnets. The only thing is for some reason, when I had the first magnet on my phone centered, any time I would mount it my phone would lock, & would not unlock unless I took it off the magnet...which - I drive constantly all the time & get very bored, so that was no good. However, I replaced it with the other magnet provided & placed it lower on my phone, & it works fine now.

Near-perfect mount

This mount is great. The magnet is strong, the swivel is sturdy, and it has many advantages over a phone cradle such as swivel capability for horizontal viewing (for navigation!! you’ll realize what you’ve been missing) and no button to release. Honestly the company undervalued this, in hindsight I would have bought it for $15-20. The only thing I would change is how short/stubby it is. You have to mount it pretty much near the edge of your dash otherwise your phone won’t attach properly and/or there won’t be clearance at the bottom. If you have a flat surface right at the edge of your dash then it’s perfect. I’d give the mount a 9/10. To summarize, I bought one and then bought two more for my family less than 72hrs later. Highly recommend.

Magnetic works great but issue always on adhensive

I bought this product half year ago. It works well and it holds every phone in my house with metal plate attached each. This car holder is able to avoid blocking the air vent. We all enjoy the air condition. The mounting force is strong, and it can hold the phone without shacking during driving. But one thing needs to be noticed. The car holder should be mounted on flat surface with proper clean, or it will easily fall out when using for long time. In the summer time, the heat in the car would melt the adhesive and make surface sticky. Good news it will hold very tightly, but it would be hard to clean if you would like to change location. The situation always happens to such same type car holders. The better way is to pick up the perfect location and never change it.

Trianium Magnetic Car Mount

My parents recently purchased a Tesla model 3, which doesn't have an odometer in the anterior view. I decided to try the Trianium stick on magnetic car mount - which pairs perfectly with the Tesla. It sits well on the dashboard area and with Waze I can keep an eye on my odometer without looking to the side. The package comes with the car mount with pre-applied 3M adhesive, an extra 3M adhesive, and 2 magnets. The adhesive is very easy to apply - take off the sticker and It's quite easy to use, and works with essentially any case. The magnet itself is quite powerful, and works through a variety of the cases that I tried. As you can expect, it would be difficult to use if you're working with a phone wallet case, but most standard cases without a very thick back should work perfectly. The kit itself is quite small and minimalist, which I appreciate. Trianium tends to do a great job with creating elegant products that are aesthetically pleasing. The functions are great as well, and I have not run into any issues with my use of this car mount. Overall, this is definitely a great addition if you need a car mount on a flat / slightly slanted surface, and would opt for this in place of a air vent mount or window mount.
