Nice, basic unit

NIce addition to our upstairs TV room. The flat screen speakers on the television just didn't have the ability to give good, clear sound or decent volume when watching a video or streaming. I probably wouldn't use this sound bar for a large area home theater, but this inexpensive unit is everything we need for our daily TV watching. Straight forward plug and play is easy setup.

Best Soundbar Around For Under 100.00

So far, I am quite pleased with this soundbar. I'm not anywhere near an audiophile, but I have had the chance to listen to a few soundbars, and this beats them all. Easy to set up and operate. I'm a cord cutter so I use it for streaming DirectvNow for my living room tv, as well as listen to Pandora some during the day. Sounds great for tv and music. If not the best, is definitely very high on list for a soundbar under 100.00. Contrary to what others had said, it does come with a remote, and batteries(Duracell). Does everything well that is advertised....

Excellent Clear Sound

I have a Vizio TV and for the past several years I've been depriving myself of quality sound. What a difference this item makes (note, I originally bought an off-brand sound bar but it wasn't compatible. Tip: Try and purchase the same brand as your tv, if possible). I mean, before this the sound was OK. I'll give it a 7/10. But anytime I was watching something with a lot of background noise or where I had to kick up the volume, the sound then got muffled and kind of distorted. With the now amazing sound bar, my sound is crisp, clear, not muffled or distorted. It provides a great surround sound quality. I have a 47" flat screen, so not sure if could handle a bigger tv, but I only have the volume up 1/2 way and it is such a significant difference without blowing the windows out. Highly recommend. Easy to install. Just be sure your tv speakers are set to off once installed. This becomes your primary speaker now.

To control this sound bar with my T.V.'s remote

I understood that I would need and HDMI cable with HDMI arc outlets to control the sound bar with my T.V. remote. Happily this is not the case. I used the provided optical cable to connect the sound bar to the Vizio E70-F3 optical jack. All I had to do was turn off the T.V. speakers and the sound bar took over. When the T.V. AND sound bar speakers were both turned on there was a reverb effect. Turning off the T.V. speakers was all I had to do. Truly plug and play. The difference between HDMI and optical cables is HDMI will handle 7.1 surround sound while the optical will take up to 5.1. This is not an issue for my needs. The sound is very good, I have no complaints, and I can use my T.V. remote for the sound bar.

So Far So Good

Our 12+-yr old Bose receiver stopped working. We didn't know if it was the receiver unit itself or if rats had chewed through the under-house wiring again. I wasn't going to crawl around under the house to find out. The TV speakers were okay. For a little bit of money, I thought a soundbar might be an easier solution. I was able to set up the sound bar in 10-15 minutes. The sound is terrific. TV conversation is clear & sharp without any distortion.

Great Sound Bar, and it's under 100 dollars!

Great purchase. Although my apartment is not too large, my current tv's speakers are in the back, and the sound becomes pretty sub-par when not directly in front of it. Setting up the sound bar didn't take long, and it connected pretty easily. I had to adjust some things, and I will admit that my settings are probably not perfect by some standards, but I think it sounds pretty dang good. Especially in locations where I used to not be able to hear the TV. I have this connected straight into my smart tv, and it works with all apps, as well as when I switch to my PS4. I don't need to do any additional setting adjustments.

Worth every penny -- lots of sound from a small bar

We use this in our movie room to boost the sound (70" inch tv & 12' ceilings). The set up was quick and simple and produced a clear sound throughout.

Better sound, lower volume.

My Samsung Tv’s sound was coming out the back, so now it’s in the front. I can keep the volume lower and the sound is more crisp! Good purchase!

This is a great sound bar! Buy it. The Vizio SB3220n-F6 sound bar allows for many different forms of connection to your device and has plenty of volume. Okay, it's not concert hall fidelity, but (a) you're not paying $400 for it and (b) it's fifty times better than the television's on-board speakers. I hear voices and music much clearer (even over the portable air conditioner in the room) than ever before with the tv's speakers. Plenty of depth in the sound and sufficient bass for me. (No, it will not rattle the floor boards but it did shake the glass paperweight off the top of the sound bar without really trying.) I only have one criticism about this sound bar. You can adapt the sound bar to work with your television set's remote control to increase, decrease or mute the sound, which is absolutely great! Unfortunately, you cannot turn the sound bar on with your television's remote. So close, Vizio, so close.... I guess the exercise of walking over and turning on the sound bar on the conveniently located controls (center top) will do me some good. In case you're interested, it turns itself off after a period of inactivity. I have not tried connecting via bluetooth but the coaxial digital is wonderful.
