These are exactly as advertised... Emergency ponchos. They are essentially giant sandwich bags. Not vinyl. Purchased a ten pack for our trip to Florida. They were good for several days worth of use before ripping. At the cost point, I would recommend these! Better than spending $15-20 at a theme park!

Don't forget to belt it or you may look like Dumbo flying around your yard

Used in the heavy rain we had this winter to keep me dry while digging ditches to channel the water away from flooding my kitchen. Don't forget to belt it or you may look like Dumbo flying around your yard. These are light weight but strong and don't encumber movement. They are reusable. At least mine was.

Worth it

These are cheaply made but do the job and are worth it. Same ponchos they sell on the street corners near the football stadiums when it starts to rain, at five dollars apiece.

I bring 2 of these everywhere I go in my bag. I have used them on many occasions and am very impressed with how well made they are and how compact the packaging is. Great product!!!

Worked as expected

I purchased these for my wife because her and her friends were going to pass out food and water to the homeless. They passed these out as well to give the homeless a little comfort during the rain. She said that they were very grateful for them. Guess they worked as expected.

Great for hiking, camping or a trip to Disney

Bought these in particular for a trip to Disney and they sure came in handy! Big, tall Papa wore one an the littlest 9 year old in the group wore one. Lightweight, easy to pack and a huge bargain over similar but branded 1x use ones sold in the park for $10 each. Keep one in the car for emergencies.

Great for a marching band

If you need rain protection for a lot of people on a warm day, this is it. I shopped around and found nothing less expensive. Decent quality, fits into a pocket, many colors.

Perfect for lightweight, compact rain protection

Perfect for an overseas trip where we'd be attending sporting events and generally walking around. Lightweight, very compact, and essentially disposable (yeah I know, bad environmentalist, but we recycle everything else) - though you can probably get a few uses out of them if you are careful.

Handy product!

Very nice convenient useful product! You can use one several times before tossing. Well worth the cost! I purchase a lot and just keep them in convenience places-- my car, my purse, work bag, near the door, etc... The hood could be a little bigger though. Every poncho I've ever had, had a hood that was too small. Some women have big hair, so I just don't understand why the hood is always so small. However this one is not overly small, it just could have been slightly bigger. It gets the job done, so I give it all five stars.

Just what it promises!

I picked up a package of these "just in case" -- and they sat in my car for months. Then one day, on my way to work (in the pouring rain), I came upon an accident on the side of the road where the driver was in need of help. Five minutes later, the driver of the wrecked car, the other driver who stopped to help, and myself were all dry and comfortable in these ponchos.
