Duarble, well-made, well-designed product

Just got this yesterday in the same order as a Samsung T5 portable SSD. This case held the T5 securely and I liked that it also had a pocket to separately hold both supplied cables, though I doubt if I'll need one of them soon, if at all. The case is well-made (I know I've said that already) and seems it will protect the SSD. Also seems like this case should last. I bought it based on the Amazon customer reviews and I'd buy it again.

Great for travelling with T5 SSDs

I bought 3 to carry around my 3 T5 SSDs everyday. They have a decent rigidity to them, but are soft on the inside, and outside, so they won't scratch the SSDs or anything else in your backpack. My only complaint is that the T5 SSD cables have a velcro strap for cable management, and that get stuck on the pocket. A better solution might have just been to have a flap to keep the cables off of the hard drive.

Cute compact companion for Samsung 500GB SSD

I recently bought the Samsung 500GB SSD and this carrying case from XANAD. The case is very nice, it seems it's made of fine material from what I can see and feel. Samsung 500 GB SSD comes with 2 cords and the cords are wrapped in a Velcro like material and when you put the cords in the carrying case, it sticks to it like a Velcro does. It's like the interior (the inline material is made for Velcro) of this case is made for not only to hold and keep the Samsung SSD from being damaged, but it looks like it's made to hold the 2 cords that comes with the SSD from Samsung safe too. I think this case is great, it's compact, it's well made and it's cute looking xD

Nice device for the potential

The external SSD is great device. I can move large folders from one computer to another. And as a gamer, I can also store some of my large games and share them among other gaming computers as well. I got the 500 Gb, which has 465 Gb to store. I'm glad I got it.

Fits perfectly

My Samsung portable SSD fits perfectly in the case, is well protected and all cables fit in the case. The trade off is the protection adds bulk. This SSD is small so adding a protective case almost negates the value of the size from a transport standpoint. I typically carry all my gear in a laptop bag so it is protected. I got this case for the few times I loan the SSD to a colleague, etc and want it protected. OVERALL - great little case, worth the price.

Holds all items as comes from Samsung

I bought a couple different cases and none held both cables which comes with the Samsung T5 1TB SSD. This case holds the SSD snugly in place AND it holds both the USB and C cable in the lid. Both cables fit in the lid but only 1 cable fits in the pouch. It is still a victory to me as both cables fit inside the case.

Case is perfect in more than ways than one!

This case is awesome! It fits a variety of smaller portable HD's. Check out my YouTube channel ( OndaWire ) where I do a lot of tech reviews. I bought two Portable SSD and they both fit inside perfectly. I also love the net pocket that allows me to keep my pocket size flash drive inside and the both of the short USB-C cables. The best thing about the case is that it is hard which makes it super durable, giving my SSD hard drives added protection from falls. This case is perfect and worth every penny

Nice case, Samsung T5 1TB fits perfectly

My new 1TB Samsung T5 fits perfectly into the case, and the cords also fit well. When not traveling, I put the drive in the open case next to my laptop... the case works as a holder of the drive to keep it from sliding around on the desk or falling off the desk and dangling from my laptop. There is room enough for both cables that came with the drive to fit in the case... one fits in the netting, one fits above it the netting. The case has a solid outer hard shell that should provide plenty of protection.

Lightweight but sturdy

This case seems very well made and sturdy. The zipper virtually disappears when the case is zipped up - nice! My Samsung Portable SSD T5 and the cable fit in there perfectly and snugly. Also, love the wrist strap.

XANAD Case for Samsung T5 Portable 500GB SSD

The XANAD case gives great protection and fits the Samsung T5 perfectly. The T5 fits snugly in its space so that you don't have to worry about it falling out when you open the case. Thoughtfully, it has thumb and finger depressions making it easy to remove the drive. The inside of the case is nicely finished with a soft, velvet material. Both of the T5's supplied cables fit into the mesh netting. My only disappointment is that the case is nearly as large as my case for my 4TB Passport. I suppose that was done to hold both cables, which was important to me. I had adapted a couple of much smaller cases to the drive, but the cables had to be carried separately - a deal breaker. Also, this case gives much more protection than the neoprene Passport case. All-in-all, I'm well satisfied.
