Nice and secure

These are solid products. They hold the hood down right...no fear of the hood flying off going down the road. My big thing is that it locks so nobody can steal my grill too. Great product and I would buy it again

This is a jeep must have.

First off the hood latches are great quality. I 2as a little apprehensive at first because the price is amazing but OMG what a deal. Very easy to install and they look amazing. If you have a jeep this is a must have as engine parts are very easy to take from jeeps. Again amazing quality and a great price.

Does fit wrangler JL 2018. Takes a bit of adjustment to get the right position. Overall, it seems like a sturdy buy.

This really is better than the strap ones I had. My hood doesn't shake anymore!!! The only trouble I had, was getting my original one was hard to take off and these were hard to get on, but Im sure if I had a skinnier ratchet, it would have gone on faster. Easy to install otherwise!!! They look great on my jeep! I have a 2010 wrangler sport unlimited Update: I went to get an oil change and the guys couldn't get the latches unlocked, the keys are no longer usable. Very hard to get undone. I will be replacing these.

Good quality

They’re really great quality. You have to muscles them on but once they’re in they stay on. If you have hood flutter then you need this because it’ll help out amazingly. 10/10 would recommend. Spend the money and you won’t regret it. Easy install too! Took less than 10 minutes!

Beefy and secure!

Fabulous! These are such a great upgrade from stock. Much beefier and secure. I was intimidated by the install, but watched videos and it was easy! Hardest part was finagling the socket into the fender for the bottom. Adjusted easily as well. Great product!

Very nice

First off super fast shipping. Getting started you will need swivel for Ratchett. The lower bolts behind the finders are a little hard to get to. Overall easy installation. Bottom bracket bolt broke were the stud is welded in place. Did not over titan. Easy fix with a washer. Overall they look great. We love them.

No more hood flutter on windy days!

I was so excited for this install, with how windy it has been the hood flutter has been scary, also loved that these lock so no worrying about someone messing up my Jeep! I included a before during and after photo as well! I Ordered these on Friday night and recieved them on Sunday. Shipping was super fast!! The install only took about 30 minutes. All you need is a rachet with a 10mm and 15mm socket. And a Allen wrench is helpful to have handy for the screws that go on the hood. They literally take the place of the factory ones so no new holes need to be drilled. I did take off the front grill to help access the nuts on the fenders much easier. That only takes a couple of minutes. Just 6 push fasteners on the front top of grill. All you do is unbolt originals and replace with the new ones. They are a bit snug to snap shut But that’s also a great thing! Once they are locked there is no getting into hood without the key. They provide 4 keys total. I have one on each set of Jeep keys and one on my set of husbands truck keys and on my husbands set of keys too. I highly recommend these as a replacement, there is no way of cutting them easily to bypass the lock to get into hood and they are solid metal too!
