I wish I had replaced my old one years ago with this. However I should have purchased one a little larger.

I already have a 12-cup Kitchen Aid food processor, however, I got tired of lugging it out of storage when I had to use it, because it was too big for my counter (and most jobs). This machine was purchased because it would fit on the counter neatly. Now, I find I actually use this appliance much more often. This model, unlike my other one, is extremely easy to clean. That's a big plus for me. Another thing I like is how the lid fits on the bowl. The lid sits inside the bowl so if you are doing something with flour, it stays in the bowl instead of making a big mess on your counter. As to it's durability, I can't make any determination because I haven't had it long enough, but it does seem to be up to the jobs I use it for.

KitchenAid does not disappoint with this convenient sized food processor. Fits well under my cabinet and looks great in the counter without taking up too much precious countertop realestate !! Performs as you would expect fine KitchenAid products to and clean up is a breeze! Now I don’t dread cleanup on my food processor so I tend to use it more. Try it. I think you will like it as much as I do!

We use this to make cauliflower rice; and to chop broccoli. Love it! Can't say enough good things.

This is an excellent compromise between smaller food processors (choppers, basically) and the larger and more expensive processors. It has a strong enough motor for most jobs and a large enough bowl for most jobs. The included disk shreds and slices. So basically this small and economical processor does everything I need it to do.

Like the way the lid latches/opens. Easy to attach processor to the base.

Easy to put together. No twisting or frustration as with my larger model. Easy to clean! And smaller footprint.

It is a 7 cups size but works just fine on every thing i needed to get down, looks great on the counter, love the red.

I had a smaller processor before, that didn't really get the job done. This processor fits on my counter under the top cabinets, perfectly, and works like a dream. It has low, high, and pulse. Love the way the lid locks on. My only concern will be if the pieces are durable and do not break when dropped. So far, love it!

I swear some of you reviewers are maybe, shall we say, clueless. I bought this processor and it has PLENTY power. Raw veggies with ease. Very easy to clean, no hiding places for food, very easy to wash. Kitchenaid is is great brand, and as long as buy up the model line a notch or two, you will be pleased. And I, folks, am real!
