We have an iron headboard/footboard, the bed frame it attaches to doesn't allow much clearance under the bed for storage. These worked perfectly for us, providing a sturdy base raising our bed an additional 3 inches. They are only visible at the footboard, which I plan on hiding with some lacy fabric to match the bedskirt. Overall, very pleased with our purchase.

I got 6 of these to lift a high-end camping cot with 6 legs a little higher off the floor to avoid cockroaches ( TMI?- - Oh well .... ). The product literature does not say these lifts are stackable, but the indent/cutout in the base accepts the top of another one exactly/snugly. ( It would be less stable, of course. ) I actually used them upside down since my cot's pads are 4" diameter and too big to fit inside the top. For stability, I cut out a small 5" disc of rubber camping mat so the cot pads don't slide on the riser, bit the riser slides easily on the hard surface of the floor for repositioning. I think I'll get 6 more since the snug fit will be stane enough in my estimation. I'll post another review when I do. I've read reviews of broken risers ( not these ). My guess is that if too much weight is concentrated in too small of an area, these things are going to break. If my full-sized "real" bed was supported by a 1/2" steel contact, even these risers will crack. Several layers of cardboard are going to be in order in the above case. With the right distribution, you could probably park a truck on these.

Very Sturdy. The DHP Full Futon/Twin Bunk can support 800 pounds. These risers are claimed to support much, much more... and they feel like it. Very happy with these.

These risers are very sturdy and with the non-skid covers on the bottom and in the top "wells" where the legs are placed make it feel very safe. I'm using it for a completely different purpose than the advertised bed risers. I needed it to raise an over-the-toilet commode frame to make the seat higher. It works great for this purpose and the risers stay in place on the tile floor. It serves this purpose perfectly - great product!

Great quality and design. The risers are secure and stable.

Very happy with these risers for my twin Tempurpedic mattress on an ergo base. They raised my bed just as I'd hoped, and all my storage boxes slide beautifully underneath. Very good buy!

We have an extremely heavy Cal King bed that took four strong young men to get upstairs to the bedroom. My husband's doctor recommended that the head of the bed be raised. We struggled, but got them in place. We were worried about plastic not supporting the weight of the bed plus us. They work. The bed is stable and the plastic is designed to distribute the weight load. In other words, they were engineered to properly distribute the weight load.

I have to sleep with the head of my bed raised 8" for my bad reflux. I used these on top of 5 inches of wood and they work perfectly. They are super sturdy and you can tell they will not break or crack like the cheaply made ones. Also....it is not mentioned anywhere, but they are stackable!! Great product that I have been looking for for a long time!

we have had these for a few weeks now and have really put them to the test and they hold up great for my queen sized standard metal bed frame. gives me just the storage space i was needing under our bed and even had 2 to spare out.

Bought these after buying a set from K-mart that were too flimsy. These were a pleasant surprise: perfect height, come in a set of 6 for extra stability on our queen bed, and thet are white, which is tons nicer than the black K-mart ones. I would buy them again and recommend them without reservation. Very well made.
