Cut through .5mm stainless steel like butter. Did the job easily. Definitely a great buy

Works good. Much better than using a file!

Item did the job I needed it for, and showed no signs of wear

Cut rt through stainless steel.

I have used this tool to reduce the thickness of a piece of MDF floor transition molding. I clamped a drill flat on a table and used spacers to get the desired thickness (distance from the table top to the side of the tool). Although this tool is made for metal, it cut the MDF slowly but surely, leaving a factory-like appearance on the finished piece. I have also used the small end of the tool (SB-5) to grind down excess epoxy in a window blind repair project. I used a hand drill and some careful maneuvering to grind away excess epoxy that was interfering with the wand gearbox position. This worked better than any of my Dremel tool bits. These are just two projects I worked on this week. I am sure I will find many other uses for this tool in the future.

This bit is simply put amazing. I work as a locksmith in Nashville and visit newly built homes all the time that have the worst framing I have ever encountered. Nothing is level and of course the customers who purchase these homes are left with locks that stick or dont latch/bolt at all. This bit takes care of any strike adjustment, even in the commercial sector where strike plates can be 1/4 inch grade 3 steel. It eats right through anything I need it to and leaves a nice smooth trail with minimal cleanup. Easily one of my best tools.

I am using the cutter to trim cuts in 16 and 18 sheet metal. I have also used it to cut out some welds. It has performed well and so far it is still cutting good as new.

This tool was used to enlarge a mounting hole in a cast iron base. It performed very well and remained as sharp as new even though I had to remove a lot of material.
