I was looking for a solution to mounting my mic on my Sony a6400 that wouldn't obstruct the flip up screen and this does the trick beautifully. Well built, easy to use and practical. I would definitely reccomend it.

I used this to create a smartphone vlog setup. I paired it with a Ulamzi metal phone holder, which has a cold shoe mount for a light. It holds my MovoVXR10GY perfectly when mounted on my Manfrotto Pixi mini tripod.

Perfect Gadget

This fit right into the Canon Rebel 6 with no problem. It allow for the microphone hook up for recording and the light perfect item.

Cheap and heavy duty.

I had to purchase this because the universal phone mount didn't have a place to attach a light. It's constructed of heavy duty metal with a black finish and is easy to attach to a standard tripod. It's not huge so you might want to check and make sure that your phone and light will both fit.
