I purchased this about 3 weeks ago. I have medical issues and have wanted to lose weight for a while. I have tried everything out there. Decided I had nothing to lose when I came across information on apple cider vinegar. Read all of the reviews and researched which brand to buy before purchasing this one. If I'm going to try something I want to try the best. This is the only vitamin, herbal product that I have lost what I feel is significant weight within two weeks of taking it. I have not exercised or changed anything in my diet. But in two weeks I went from a size 16 to a size 14 something I have not been able to do since gaining weight years ago. I can't say scientifically if this product cause the weight loss but it's the only change I made in my life the last two weeks. Does not cause any issues in fact sometimes I take double the dose.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the best!

For many years I have had routine problems with my intestines (Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Acid Reflux). I have also recently started to have gallbladder issues, and started to research to find out what I had to do to help with gallbladder-related discomfort. In addition to things as diet and exercise, the one thing that kept coming up every place I looked was Apple Cider Vinegar -WITH MOTHER! That last part is important. I started out taking liquid, but you have to be very careful when taking the liquid, and it was a pain. If you should happen to decide to try this product, I beg of you, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST! I checked with 2 of my doctors and got the okay from both. From day 1 I experienced relief from the nightly bloating, indigestion and discomfort under my right ribs (from my gallbladder). After a couple of weeks I got really tired of dealing with the liquid, and decided to search to see if any kind of pill was available. It wasn't easy to find the ACV with Mother in pill form, but I finally found this supplier selling what I wanted. I've been taking the ACV for about 2 months now, and I cannot believe how good I feel. I suffered for years with intestinal problems, and the ACV has effectively relieved most of my symptoms. I've made no other dietary changes, nor has my activity level changed. Again, if you are considering this, please check with your doctor, and read instructions carefully before starting. You will be swallowing vinegar, which if not used properly can do just as much harm as it can do good. I would highly recommend this product to any of my family & friends who have the same types of digestive problems I've had.

Feel great with these Apple Cider Capsules

Love these Apple Cider Vinegar capsules. Will continue to order since I’ve lost about 10lbs. so far and works just as well as the liquid. Acutually I like how my body absorbs the capsules better that the liquid and I feel great!

Great product

Ive been taking ACV capsules for about few weeks to a month. Ive noticed that ive been using the bathroom more often and I slightly have more energy. I know AC (Apple Cyder) is a natural Ani-inflammatory, so Ive also noticed my wrist pain has decreased and Im asuming because the inflammation in my tendon has subsided. I will continue to use this product because it is working so far, well for me. Furthermore, I usually take two capsules in the morning whether its before or after breakfast.

Taking vinegar in a convenient way

I started taking vinegar pills after having success with weight loss drinking the unfiltered bad tasting stuff with cranberry juice. Switched to capsules and it didn't work. Then I switched to these "With the mother" what ever that is. Went from 200 to 180 doing nothing but taking these. I added these to my morning vitamins. Very happy to lose the weight easily.

It's better than drinking apple cider vinegar!

I have heard great things about apple cider vinegar. Once I started reviewing apple cider capsules I found these and they are great! I specifically got them because it is a natural way to help with many things like metabolism and weight. They also show to help with other health concerns as well. I like that they are capsules and not an actual teaspoon of vinegar.

so far I'm enjoying it. it's better than taking liquid. I have no after taste. it seems to be helping with my appetite also.

Apple Cider Vinegar

I really enjoy that they have this in a pill form so much easier to take without feeling you are killing your insides. I always got acid reflux, and heart burn taking this in liquid form. Them being in capsules is so much better for me and i love taking them everyday. Plus the 1500mg is perfect
