Works very well

We have had a bridge for another bedroom for years. The advantage to this one is the vertical portion that fits between the mattresses effectively lessening the crevice. The older bridge, being a bit wider, covers the junction well but still dips slightly at the juncture. The strap that secures the two mattresses staying together has a good locking clamp and the strap is very sufficiently long for two normal twin beds. My only suggestion would be to make the strap a bit wider. I believe that it is 3/4" wide and it does pinch into the mattress corner sides. 1 1/2" would be a it better. Overall, very satisfied.

Saved us money!! I was about to buy a king mattress. But when I found this, I could convert the existing mattresses into a king!!! Yay!!! I’m so so so happy.

Great product

My wife and I have a split king bed (full mattresses on top of a king box spring). We also have a dog that sleeps at the foot of the bed and at times, gets stuck in the crack. The Bed Bridge solves the issue well! Easy to install. Just keep in mind that if you have an adjustable bed like ours (head and feet move to adjust to each person) you will need to move them together so as not to strain the strap that goes around the bed.

THE BEST!!!!!!!!best solution to convert 2 twin to king. we put matress pad on it so don't even feel the gap. just a suggestion middle part suppose to deep so it will be more secure.

A good solution!

This is a great solution for joining two beds together. I needed some extra space in my guest room and also know guests really didn’t like sleeping in a small twin bed. Besides the mattress pad to lay between the two beds, there’s also a great cord that works around the beds to hold them together. I think this is a great solution, and easily taken on and off to adjust for number of guests.

Bed Gap Filler

The gap filler is soft and comfortable. It comes with a strap to keep the two mattresses together. Since our beds are individually tilt-able, we used a 5-foot long 1" thick piece of wood in the bed recess on one side to keep the two mattresses close together. The gap filler has stayed on top and not fallen into the division between the mattresses. We use this item over the bed sheets and not under for the above tilting reason. The dog no longer sinks into the gap as the night wends on. Presumably it can be washed but we have not yet done so. All good so far -- recommended.

This Product Works but Needs a Couple of Additions

Had my serious doubts at first but after several months it works much better than I expected. Purchased a California twin king bed this past summer and absolutely hated the gap between the beds. I came across the video of this gap filler and figured to give it a try but with a slight modification. Instead of using the strap to hold the beds together I just used a mattress pad that was not too thick but would help lessen the "bump" that the filler creates once it's in place. I then held everything in place with a king-sized fitted sheet. These combined actions and the tight fit of the fitted sheet worked like a champ! No gap and I can raise my bed to at least a 45 degree angle (including feet) and it stays together perfectly. My only suggestion is when done sitting up, lower the bed back to the flat (0 degree) position to flatten everything out before raising it back to the sleep position.

Perfect for our DIY mega bed!!

We made a mega bed for co-sleeping with our 3 great danes. We have a king and a twin xl together and this kit works perfect!!!!! we zip stripped the platform bed frames together, and used this kit to get rid of the dreaded 'gap'. Since the strap is made for two twin xl mattresses, I was worried it wouldn't be long enough. But the strap fits around both mattress with PLENTY of strap left at the end. Very impressed!! We were able to create a mega bed for a FRACTION of the cost. yay! FYI- I spent a lot of time researching various mattress straps and mattress bridges, and am very glad I went with this one.

Comfort for the most important person - my Frenchie!

We recently got a split king adjustable bed. Our dog got her foot between the mattresses the first night, and after that she was afraid to move around on the bed. We put a blanket across the bed to block the gap, which wasn’t comfortable. After the first night that we used the bed bridge, she was totally fine. It stays in place, so far, and we barely notice it. I highly recommend it!
