Just opened these babies up and I love them! I read some of the reviews about it covering parts of lisense plates but my California plate fits perfectly! Can read the plate # and mo/year with ease. I asked my community patroller grampa if it was legal and he said yes! The screw caps are an added bonus and it even came with extra rhinestones in case some fall off. I love it.

Not cheap plastic!
I was expecting some cheap plastic bedazzled plates! But these are actually a thin metal. Indoors they are not shiny or sparkly but the feel is amazing. It is metal, comes with screws, and the screw covers that match the plate
