First off, we purchased this for our three kids (10, 8, and 6). Realistically we also purchased this for several neighborhood kids and nieces / nephews who seem to also live at our house...I mean LIVE at our house. We had a different brand trampoline before we bought this and there is no comparison. Truly it has been a great product. Sturdy. Bouncy. Big. Quality enclosure/pad. I even jump on it with the kids. You should see my 6ft 2in 185lb non-flexible frame do a toe touch. With Zupapa, anything is possible. In fact, one family called me before Christmas last year because their child had told them that our trampoline was the nicest and most bouncy that had ever tried...the mom came by, saw the trampoline, we gave her all the specs on it, and they bought the same one for their kids for Christmas. We have since had a third family approach us about it. On another note, after having the trampoline for a year, my oldest child got the bright idea to hang on one of the metal supports for the enclosure....because why not?...As you would guess, it bent and eventually the pole broke in half. I emailed Zupapa to ask them for cost/shipping on replacement parts. Jeanne at Zupapa is my new BFF. She emailed me a PDF of the materials list to make sure she knew the exact parts I needed. Once this was confirmed, she sent the pole parts to me...AT NO COST. I was blown away. My kid broke the pole...it had nothing to do with Zupapa...yet they figured out what I needed and shipped it to me with zero hassle. How can you beat that customer service? You can't. Outstanding. I have since written Jeanne into my will.

What an amazing trampoline and company!! We bought this as a present for our two kids and wow do they love it! Their friends as well, so much fun! Every day they go and bounce, bounce, bounce. I was worried the novelty would wear off after a month or so but not at all. We have had parties with the kids friends and it's always a Huge hit! So glad we finally decided to get one!! We are also very happy with the quality. The strength of the frame has been great and for the price was as strong as some of the more expensive ones. I'm glad I did my homework and chose this!! Recently we had. Storm and our trampoline was destroyed. I contacted the company juts to see if there was anything they would be willing to do. They were beyond sensitive and amazing and are replacing all that we need to get up and running again. I am so impressed not only with the quality of the trampoline but with the the heart of the people who sell it and Eda especially. My kids will. Will be jumping again soon!!! We also used a company to set it up and they too were great. This experience has been wonderful and I have nothing bad to say!! Will be recommending this brand and company to everyone I can. Very, very pleased.

My Wife and I purchased this trampoline for our children in June 2017. Being leery of trampolines I did quite a bit of research, mainly focusing on safety as my main concern. One brand kept being mentioned in lists and articles regarding well built, safest trampolines on the market...Zupapa. My decision was made and I ordered the 15ft. model. The product was delivered very quickly and the packaging kept all the parts damage free in shipping. Assembly time was right around what I expected, 4/5 hours. Remember, you are assembly a big piece of equipment, its going to take a bit of time...but that was 4/5 hours of continuous work. No hiccups or hang ups holding the job up, which is due to very easy and precise instructions that are included in the packaging. Once assembled you can see and feel what others base such positive reviews on. The Zupapa Trampoline just feels a lot sturdier than most others I have been around. The quality of the trampoline gave me confidence that my children were using a very safe piece of equipment and any injuries would not result from poor manufacturing or faulty pieces. In short, once assembled this trampoline feels like a tank, SOLID. If someone asks what trampoline they should purchase, without hesitation I tell them Zupapa. The quality of this product made someone who was not quite sold on trampolines, always viewed them as dangerous, become someone who suggests other get one as a way to motivate their kids to get outside and have some old fashioned fun instead of playing video games inside on the couch, Fast forward to the Winter of 17/18. Northeast US got snow storm after snow storm. Prior to the season I did not remove the protective netting (which I will be doing next winter) and during a few windy Nor'easters three of the poles holding the netting bent. This should not be a reflection on the hardware, I am talking about sustained 60 mile an hour winds during an especially hairy storm which brought down massive oak trees and reached havoc for a few days. After the clean-up I pulled out the trampoline manual in hopes of finding some contact info to inquire about replacement parts. I came across an email address, maxlead.us@gmail.com. This email is the key and is where I met Eda. Within hours of sending an email to the address above Eda responded. Eda and I corresponded back and forth until she was perfectly clear on what parts were damaged and how many I would need to replace those holding up the protective netting. At this point my Family and I left town for a few days on a quick get away, no joke, all the while thinking that upon my return I need to finalize everything with Eda so I can get the trampoline fixed as the Seasons are finally changing and the kids are itching to get out after a long winter. Well to my surprise, on our return there is a big box at my house from Max Lead and inside are all the parts I need to repair the Trampoline as well as extras! No cost for the parts, no cost for the shipping...Eda just got the job done. We had our first real "Spring" day this past Saturday and I quickly replaced the bent poles and cleaned up the trampoline, a few minutes later the kids were doing flips and twists for the rest of the afternoon. If you are on the fence as to what type of trampoline to purchase and the Zupapa falls into your price range, don't hesitate and just get this one. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed and now that I know how amazing their customer support is it adds so much more confidence in my choice of product. Thanks to Zupapa for the great product, Thanks Max Lead for great customer service and prompt service but most of all thanks you Eda for the great job you did...your efforts are greatly appreciated. Guess whats happening today, yep, were getting six more inches of snow.

I built this by myself in 3 hours. It's very well designed. It was delivered very quickly (4 days) in 3 boxes. The two most difficult parts are the springs on opposite sides and getting the foam to stay on the poles when inserting them into the net sleeves. Only about 10 of over 50 springs were a little more difficult. The poles are just a pain because the foam isn't attached to them so it slides down as you insert them into the sleeves. It's packaged very well and organized with assembly in mind. The tool for the springs, included, is the only tool you'll need. Everything is included from a cover, for the springs and the trampoline, to a ladder, and even a pair of cotton knit gloves(pic) which keeps the grease/oil (whatever is coating the metal pipes) from coating your hands. A few of the triangles(not rings) did bend out of shape when attaching the springs with the most tension, but I was able to bend them back(see pic).I put in every 6th spring and worked my way around adding additional springs as I went. I looked at many trampolines and picked this one because of the size and weight capacity (over 300lbs), and the amount of extras for the price. Great all around and I highly recommend it.

We purchased this because of its safety evaluation and the high ratings. I did evaluate the negative reviews and was prepared for the issues reported, however; I found none of the comments in the negative reviews to be valid with our experience. First, for the people who complained about the assembly instructions- there are pictures....yes, the English is horrible, but there are pictures! Total assembly time, with one human, was 2 hours and 10 minutes. Assembly of the safety cage was the the most difficult part. Specifically, the foam comes in two sections, which makes it difficult to slide into the pocket. BUT, with a little patience it can be done. Second, to those who would rather purchase a unit from Walmart- this is a very fine product, with consumer quality pieces, they include gloves, spring tool, and a ladder- you don't get those extras with cheaper units. PLUS- the weight limit is higher than anything else in the consumer range, and half the cost of professional units. I would purchase this again!!!

I purchased this trampoline for my daughter for Christmas. This is the 3rd trampoline we have owned throughout the years but this trampoline is by far the best quality in a trampoline we have ever owned. This past winter, 1 week after putting the trampoline together, we experienced extremely high winds during a rain storm & our poor trampoline suffered damage to 2 of the rails, bending them almost in half. I contacted the company with intentions of buying the replacement parts due to the fact it was an act of Mother Nature & nothing to do with the quality. The company's customer service is 5 star from start to finish. So nice & incredible helpful. I no longer had the booklet with the parts discription, but they automatically sent it in an email without me even asking & then to top it off the replaced the parts for free... AWESOME TRAMPOLINE!! AWESOME COMPANY!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will definitely deal with this company again in the future.

Amazing, great quality product. Well worth the money. Come with spring pulling tool and gloves, and has all the hardware needed. More then expected. Does not have stakes but as heavy duty as this is you dont need them. Very impressed. Iput it together by reading the simple instructions in about an hour.

We bought the 15' Zupapa trampoline back in March. It arrived quickly, was packaged well, and all parts were there (including some ground anchors - which was a pleasant surprise). Assembly was relatively easy - an adult and a 6 year old child worked together and got it done in a couple of hours. I imagine it probably would have been faster with two adults. It has great bounce - way better than some others I've been on. Although we are only a couple of months into it - it is holding up great and maintaining full bounce, with no lagging of the black jumping mat or the springs. The safety net has also held up to many kids haphazardly jumping into it on a routine basis. Our three children (ages 5,7, and 8) are out there jumping daily and the adults have been enjoying it thoroughly too! It was a huge hit with all of the kids at our sons' birthday party. It has been a great investment and is good, fun exercise too! I have zero complaints or regrets with this purchase. Also, their customer service is amazing. Sadly, one of the safety net poles was damaged in a storm last week (not the fault of Zupapa - the storm took down many large branches and had very high winds.) We reached out to their customer service to order a replacement part, and they have been very friendly, quick to reply, and helpful in getting a replacement part to us - which I'm very grateful for. I definitely recommend this product and Zupapa's customer service.

Is this product really 5 star worthy? No not really but it is easily a 9.45 out of a possible 10 and here's why. Price and free on time shipping from Amazon : An easy 10!!! Performance: 9.75 Quality of frame: 9.5 Quality of safety net: 9 Quality of spring pad materials: 8 Quality of springs: 9.5 Quality of mat: 9.5 Accessories included: 10 (spring tool, ladder, mat cover) Directions: 9 Assembly: 10 (Amazon offers assembly for $160 (which is very reasonable imo) and all you have to do is point and say, "Set it up here." Either way very easy. We were looking to purchase a rectangle type, olymic style trampoline. Our oldest has a friend who has the Alleyoop (AO) power bounce, which is easily the best trampoline available imo. So that's what we went shopping for. Now if your familiar with the alleyoop brand, then you know they have a steep price tag. ($2600). AO has the most springs per size comparison. Unfortunately the Alleyoop was out of stock. Searching for an acceptable alternative, we found the Acon Olympic style trampoline which looked comparible to the AO. The Acon had great reviews. Minor difference, the Acon had a few less springs and a much lower price tag, about a grand less ($1600). Tried to purchase the Acon direct from their site but lightning struck twice. They were also out of stock. With a restock date a month away we were shopping once more. I remembered being impressed with the reviews and ratings on the Zupapa trampoline while searching for the others so I showed it to our 2 jumpers. To say the least they were less then impressed. Despite some frowns and a little hesitation on our part we bought the Zupapa15' round model. We figured we always had Amazon in our corner if the trampoline was less then acceptable. Price tag on the 15' round Zupapa, $479.99 shipped. I know right! If your doing the math that's $2100 less then the AO. Amazon had it to our door on the morning of the first delivery day window. Product was received in great condition with no parts missing. Unboxing was simple and packed for ease of installation. Quality: The quality of the product is very good. The only material which raises concern is the blue tarp material (not going to beat a dead horse). We were fully aware of this before we made the purchase so no surprise there. If it fails prematurely we will reach out to Zupapa thru Amazon. Base set up: I believe anyone can set up this trampoline. The directions are not that bad. My tip for you, go step by step. Assemble the frame loosely then take a rubber malet (or a small block of wood and hammer) and tap above each support to set the structure securely together. When attaching the mat, start by quartering it with 4 springs as shown in the directions then repeat by adding one spring between each of the four quarters and keep repeating until all 108 springs. are installed. Safety Net assembly. I put a small piece of duct tape around the 2 piece net pole junction as I found I had to work the pole and insulation back and fourth a bit during insertion. Assembly Time: It took myself and two young helpers (11 and 13) about an hour for the base including unboxing and about 45 min for the net. Total assembly time 1:45. Size: My son, (who hates round trampolines), was pleasantly surprised when he discovered how large a 15' round trampoline is. The Zupapa easily accommodates 3 jumpers with no noticable bounce lost. My son invited his friend over, the same one that set the bar with his olympic style AO, and the jumping began. After a few bounce checks, the tricks began. Flipping. (fronts, backs), single ball out, double ball out, splashes, consecutive back layouts, and combinations (flip twists). DAMN!!! My son's friend was able to complete every aerial acrobatic trick he could complete on his AO at home. I'm sure by now you know why this trampoline received the 5 star rating from us. 2 thumbs up from the pro, 2 large smiles from the round tramp critics, and $2120 left in our bank account, we're happy to give it the 5 star rating. I will follow up this review as needed in the future, as the trampoline breaks in or should issues arise as it receives daily jumping, till old man winter sets upon us again. Buy this product with confidence you won't be disappointed.
