Very comfortable.. first time my joke of going to work in pajamas feels about right. Took a few days to get used to the front seam though; it runs right down the anterior leg - rubs just enough to be annoying borderline aggravating until you just ignore it. I am 5'7 with no torso length, and 150#, usually wear a 8 or 10 pants with a 32 inseam hitting me at the ankle bone and a 34 inseam giving me one wrinkle. The MTall fit very well with sneakers or Danskos. Not dragging when standing nor windy ankles when sitting. Wish there were a side pocket for phone, but can also figure the weight may pull them down a bit due to soft stretchy waist band. Your phone will have to go in your shirt. Slash pockets barely fit my car clicker key.

I've purchased quite a few GA pants in different styles, and they don't all fit the same. But I've mastered it now, so I'll pass it on. I hate when my scrubs ride up at the ankles when I sit down. To combat that, I buy scrub pants that are "long". I am 5'7 with long legs (versus a long torso and short legs). This makes a huge different for me personally. All of my scrub pants are "long" sizes, regardless of brand or style, and this works well. Now, I love the Grey's Anatomy line (can't stand the show). They're soft, they hold up very well, and they're comfy. The price makes me wince, but you DO get what you pay for with this brand. I bought the 2 piece sets that run about $30 on Amazon many times (starts with a V?). They're a great bargain and fit okay, but if you need different sizes (like me) between the tops and bottoms, that isn't the best option, and frankly, they just DON'T hold up. These scrubs look new after many months, despite being washed weekly. So, the different between the styles of pants is a big deal when it comes to the sizing. Here is what I've learned: The Active yoga pant style runs somewhat large. This is because, true to yoga pants, they are stretchy. The waistband has a drawstring, but think of it like maternity waistbands. With other scrub styles, I wear a Small Tall. However, with the yoga pant style in THIS brand, X-Small Tall is where I get the perfect fit. The 3-pocket low rise are also somewhat large in size small, and has some stretch, but I have not purchased XS-Tall in this style to confirm if it would fit better (I do not like 3 pocket styles so I probably won't purchase this style in a smaller size) The 5-Pocket Cargo pants and Junior fit 4-pocket run true to size, for me, and Small Tall works best, since it has a lot less stretch. The materials for the pant styles in this brand vary, so be conscientious of that. Hope this helps!

I bought these to wear for maternity starting around 18 weeks and have been wearing them now through 34 weeks. Overall these pants have worked very well. The waist band is stretchy enough to accommodate my belly comfortably and the drawstring has allowed some room for adjustment over the weeks. I usually wear Koi Lindsay scrub pants in XS tall (5'7" 125lbs pre-pregnancy) and decided to order size small to allow a little room to grow and that has worked out perfectly as these pants were a little loose when I started wearing them and are getting to be on the snug side after gaining about 25lbs this pregnancy. The length is ok, I would prefer them just a touch longer but I wouldn't say they're too short either. The only thing I can think of that would make these pants better would be an additional pocket or two. Hope all this info is helpful for others looking for an alternative to traditional maternity scrub pants.

This is the first time that I've ever purchased scrubs by Grey's Anatomy and I will never buy anything else every again! I was going back and forth between buying a small vs a medium. I had read other reviews suggesting to go with the smaller size if you're unsure. That was great advice! They were a tad tight the first couple times I wore them, but as soon as I washed them they loosened up a tad so they are perfect. I'm only 5'2 and decided to not order the petite and I'm very glad I did not. These are the perfect length with my Dansko shoes. I would highly recommend!

The thought of yoga scrub pants seemed interested, so at around 6 months pregnant, I decided to try a pair...they’re my favorite!!! While pregnant I sized up by one size and they lasted me until I gave birth. Post baby, I’m still wearing them (although they’re more loose) and ordered more. You won’t regret this purchase.

Very nice. I'm 5'4" 130 and I use them for workouts. Any longer would be too long, although these could use another half-inch. I was looking for something that wasn't spandex (pretty much no one over the age of 25 should be wearing spandex in public anyway) and with pockets big enough for a small key fob and ID, but not bulky like sweats. These hit the mark. Soft, don't shrink, and adjustable waistband. Trim but not clingy.

I've since purchased 3 more pairs of these scrub pants. They're so soft and comfortable. I'm 5'8" 140 lbs, and the MT fits great. Excellent quality too.

I purchased medium petite, 5’2” 140#. Size is perfect, not too snug and roomy in the legs and fit perfectly in the waist. Length is great and not too short like some petite pants, but If you are shorter than 5’ they may be too long. The material is very soft and the waist band is a slick, stretchy material that is unique and very comfy...I imagine these would work well for maternity in the beginning weeks. The color teal matches my Grey’s Anatomy empire waist top that I purchased a few years ago.

I'm in love with these pants. The waist is very elastic and tall. At the Belly button. Helps hide my tummy and not cut me into making a fat roll. A little baggy in the legs. Could have been tighter there. But I love the waist. I'm 5'3 145 lbs ( flabby tummy) when I sit in the couch my ankles do show. But look perfect when I'm standing. That's just the petite the regular are way too long when I'm standing.

Since I started nursing school, I've ONLY worn the Grey's Anatomy 5-pocket Junior Fit pants in size small. Now that I've been a RN for a few years, I decided to venture out. Here's my assessment.... These are very form fitting in the caboose. They provide a posterior lifting and bubble effect (similar to whatever Miss Me Jeans to do the booty). Flattering, yes. But I'm not sure how I feel about having my butt looking so, uh.... "prominent" at work. I'm still contemplating this factor. They're high waisted. As long as they stay up, they offer additional coverage in the event of bending over, which we all know is a necessary activity in health care. Eg: Plugging in an O2 concentrator into a power outlet. If you don't have big hips, you may have to pull them up frequently. I have narrow hips (35") and waist in proportion to my butt, so I have to keep the drawstring really tight. I imagine they would stay up better on someone with broader hips. There's multiple seams in the legs. Initially, this felt strange but I adapted. They softened up after washing with Downy fabric softener. The inseam is slightly long. I'm 5'7 and they slightly drag without shoes. Personally, I prefer a longer leg and since I wear them with Nike Shox (which have a slight heal) or 2.5" Dansko boots in the winter, I find the length to be ideal. Pockets: I like how there are 2 open back pockets. They're not a deep as I'm used to but they're big enough for me to stash alcohol wipes and a couple pens. The 2 front pockets are also less deep than I'm accustomed too. All of the pockets sit very close to the body. Color: I bought these in Steel. They match perfectly with my Grey's Anatomy Mock Wrap Scrub atop with 2 Front Pockets. This is the ONLY top style I wear, so this factor was important to me. I assume the other colors, Eg: Indigo and Royal Blue, will coordinate as well. Conclusion: I'll probably buy a few more. They're sorta adventurous looking and have a modern feel.
