Works great! Not much to say about such a simple product. I was actually amazed how long it held ice for. I had ice in the bucket for around 6 hours and there was hardly any water at the bottom. The lid is also insulated which is nice.

I used this bucket for my party last night and when I opened it this morning there was still a large amount of ice that hadn't melted! After 16 hours! What the?! I love the polished look of this ice bucket and the handy tong location (though I don't think my guests caught on to the tong location) but I especially love the insulating capability! I had no idea it would work so well keeping the ice cold!

Saw this ice bucket at a friends....ordered it as soon ad I got to my phone to have it by the weekend. It arrived right on time. We used it yesterday - it did not disappoint. Love thetvthe tongs fit into the lid and also, that there is no condensation

It keeps ice for over 24 hours! Nice, sleek look. That's why I really like this ice bucket. However, I put the tongs in backwards from what the picture shows, if I don't, then I have to get tweezers to pull it out. But I prefer a scoop rather than these tiny tongs so I put a scoop out with the bucket

Just got around to using it today and it was very warm in my kitchen. The ice didn't melt! Not huge (generally a good thing) but attractive and it works! I have hard water and it didn't stain the interior, just a simple wipe with paper towel. Very pleased.

This ice bucket keeps the ice, even the next morning, there are some cubes! I like that the tongs are in the top, and don't sit separately or inside the bucket. You may find it hard to pull them out, but just make sure you put them in with the corner loop facing up so you can use your finger to pull out. Then it should be fine.

Filled it half full with ice cubes. Eight hours later there was very little melted. I know that most parties this won't be necessary to keep ice that long. You may be outside on a hot summer day. It looks really good. The best part is the lid holds the ice tongs. Won't ever touch the counter top. I love it. Full disclosure: I'm a Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel enthusiast

If you have a nugget ice addiction like I do, this product is a must have! I can buy a bag of ice, put it in a couple of metal thermos style cups and the rest of the bag into this ice bucket, all of it into the refrigerator, and the nugget ice will stay fresh and soft for several days! The bucket is very nice looking and sturdy. The seller was great! Very prompt, good packaging, and there was a free gift! I would definitely recommend this product.

Started shopping for an ice bucket & coukdn't believe what they cost! This one is classy looking, in stainless steel, for about the same price as a "brand name" that has plastic ones. Particularly like the tongs built into the lid. Honestly, there's an indented portion of the lid, lined in black, where the tongs go. What? You'd rather root around your gadget drawer to see if you have tongs? Nice product, good price -- it's an ice bucket, not an investment. Just buy it already.

I was asked by the purchaser to write a review about the tongs. They have had a lot of reviews saying that the tongs are hard to find. I agree, but this is the most ingenious idea to put the tongs in the lid. If you loose the tongs it is your fault, not the manufacturer. I wondered where the tongs were when I first opened the package. I thought they left them out until I accidentally found them in the lid. It would have been nice if the manufacturer would have included a not, or a tag hanging out of the tongs from the lid to make it easier to find. The only problem I found out with the bucket is that one of the screws came out of the handle and I found it on my seat. The screws should be put in tighter. I used Lock-Tite to make sure the screws would never come out!
