Extra space on my desk.

Perftect for my home studio set up. I put my laptop ok the stand and it takes up less room than if it were laid flat on the table. Still able to dock it to my USB-C hub. I have a case in my MacBook Pro 2018 and it's a tight fit, but it still works.

I have been trying to bring some order and minimalism to my workspace in my office and as I mostly use a monitor connected to my 2016 MBP, this is perfect. Given that my laptop is now suspended vertically, I also find I never hear the fan and it is always cool to the touch. This stand can be wobbly is if you do not place the laptop down symmetrically. So for those of you constantly plugging and unplugging USB ports, headphones, etc, just be mindful and use both hands when doing so. The base of this stand feels like a premium metal and the rubber crevice where the laptop rests gives a nice grip. Appreciate the minimal branding as well!

Dell XPS Laptop

I actually ended up using this for my Dell XPS laptop and it works great. I have it in upside down though so the exhaust vents go up and the heat escapes easily. Simple, clean, and great. The only recommendation to the seller would be to show detailed dimensions of the width of the opening at both the lowest portion and the upper portion so people can measure their computers to use with other types other than just macs.

A really nice inexpensive Macbook Pro stand

This stand looks and works well. I use it for a 2015 Macbook Pro 15". It fits well. The laptop seems stable, but don't bump it. Looks good, it really cleans up your desk area.

I accidentally bought one for a 2017 MacBook which was too narrow to hold my 2015 Retina MacBook and had to exchange it. Not the fault of the seller, of course, just FYI.

Worth buying it.

My MacBook 2016 was getting hot when it was connected to a monitor and the lid was closed. I found that it should be vertical and stumbled upon this product. Since I used this product, my MacBook has been very cold and fine. I like the product and seems to be very sturdy.

Efficient Use of Desk Space

I'm a bit of an efficiency nut, so I was looking for a way to make better use of desk space. This works great for me, as I have two monitors on my desk. This lets my Macbook Pro take up so much less space, and it looks pretty cool too. I have a 2016 MBP and it fits it snuggly and securely.

I was looking for another product which was similar in functionality when I came across this gem! it's perfect, lightweight but sturdy. I even use it with the laptop open (I put the back of the laptop on it lol) so it doubles as a stand. I have a case on my laptop so removing the computer requires holding the stand but that's no problem it's not super tight.

Works Well, Keeps Computer Out Of Spills

I keep this by my bed because I use the computer there a lot. My older computer, a Mac, has liquid damage because of spilled liquids near it on the floor. I wanted something that would hold the computer up off the floor, not leave marks and be long lasting. The stand holds the computer upright sturdily and has not ever tipped over. The gasket grips the computer very tightly, but it's soft and doesn't leave marks. The main body is solid machined aluminum, I've also gotten some keyboard covers that came with silicone plugs for all of the openings. The only problem is it grips the computer tightly so comes up with the computer when I pick it up. It's on the floor, so, at present, I can't stick or tack it down. I treat it more like a container than a dock.

Great alternative to some expensive stands out there. Works VERY well, perfect fit for my 13" macbook pro 2016.Good cable management system. would definitely buy again!
