I am the person who uses something and asks "WHO engineered this? Didn't they ever TEST it?" So the fact that I love this vacuum is noteworthy. It is replacing an old ($700) Dyson that had finally become worthless. Now I live in a tiny place (an overstatement for sure) and was looking into the Dyson stick vacuums. After reading the negative reviews, I started looking for other brands. This one had good reviews, so I did more research before buying. I'm glad I did & I'm happy to have it. When I saw how it was packaged, I immediately thought how well engineered the packaging is ~ let's see if the item is, too. It assembled in seconds and indeed weighs less than expected. And it's pretty. I gave it 3 hours to charge per the instructions (the only instruction I've read to date, by the way.) When it is charging, there are lights that stay lit and blink, so you know it's charging. They all go off when fully charged. First full charge took less than the 3 suggested hours. This powerful little vacuum takes all the work out of vacuuming. All the weight is in your hand, and it is easy to maneuver. You can depress the trigger for short blasts or flip the clip that keeps it on. (You can use the clip alone as your on/off switch - a sign of thoughtful engineering.) The powerhead swivels and easily slides under minimal-clearance furniture. The regular suction level picks up everything effortlessly and the MAX power level is impressive. I have not run the battery all the way down to empty yet, so I cannot tell you how long it will run between charges. I have allergies and asthma so filtration was a big deciding factor in choosing this unit, and again, it did not disappoint. There is ZERO dust kick-back while in use (even when I vacuumed up dropped baby powder) and the dust bin empties easily. It completely disassembles for easy cleaning and I literally rinse every part of the bin and filters daily after use. The HEPA is also easily accessible and rinsable. If you do rinse the filters regularly, I recommend wrapping the little filter in a towel after rinsing, and giving it a little squeeze to get the excess water out before leaving it to air-dry. Mine dries overnight when I do this. Being able to keep the vacuum itself clean is important in managing my respiratory health, so I love this feature. It's like having a new vacuum every day. Attachments slide or click on and off with ease, and again, are all well-engineered for actual use. The small powerhead attachment has a swiveling shroud that insures proper contact when pushing AND pulling it over a surface. The small brush attachment has a click button that reveals the upholstery/lint/hair attachment hiding under the brush cover. The carpet powerhead has a little coin-screw open that allows removal of the roller for easy cleaning (I have long hair, so this is an important feature for me) and it allows access to wipe the inside clean too. EVERYTHING is engineered so that you cannot re-assemble anything the wrong way (Gotta love these engineers!!) The little parking station is cute and fairly efficient, although it has a couple shortcomings. 1- It has no dock for the mini power brush (I keep mine on the concentrator nozzle - see photo.) 2- The width goes from a compact 6" (by itself) to 13.25" when the floor powerhead is docked. For normal living space this shouldn't be a big deal, but I have 2 closets that measure 4'x2' each, so I don't have the floorspace for this. A wall mount would have been nice, and I will devise some way to do that, but for now see photo for how I store it. So overall, no deal-breaker complaints. I am keeping & loving it. My only concessions are: 1- No wall mount. 2- No power charger that the unit clips into. (The charger wire needs to be manually plugged in.) 3- The charger and its wire should have been white (not only to match the unit, but more importantly, to match the wall. As a professional fusspot, I will be spray painting and tacking this in place sometime soon.) And 3- I wish it vented straight up rather than out of the sides. When using the hand-held at face level, it vents right into my face. Fortunately, the air is cool and the filtration is fabulous so this does not trigger an asthma attack. Overall, I highly recommend this great little vacuum and BRAVO engineers, for a job well done!

I’m glad this has a max power button because if the rug is smaller than 8’x10 this vac literally drags the rug on max power. My GF bought the Dyson stick and I wanted one too but very expensive. I love the fact this one was much cheaper and had led lights which shows all the dust and hair on hardwood floors. The attachments are all very cool and each serve a purpose. I found myself vacuuming my curtains, around the ceiling and lights and it even fits under my bed which has never been vacuumed. I have been using a Shark for years, which I thought was the greatest vac until now. This picked up dirt out of my rugs that the Shark clearly never could. The only downfall of this vac is the battery life. This unit is so light that a heavier battery would not be a downfall at all. I imagine this battery pack is loaded with 18650 4.2 volt batteries which makes the most sense due to their long lasting power. However these batteries come in many grades. A $20 18650 battery will hold power extremely longer than a $4 one. I know because I’ve tried them all. You can tell the difference in quality just by the weight alone. So my suggestion would be to load the pack with the best batteries available or make the pack larger and add more cells, or both! I don’t mean to drag this point on but look at any cordless tool these days. I buy Ryobi tools and they sell cheap battery packs and expensive ones. I don’t even bother with the cheap ones anymore since they just don’t last long at all. BTW Ryobi battery packs are loaded w 18650 cells as well. Thanks Tineco for a great vac!!

Wow! What a fantastic value. I did a fair amount of research, before purchase, but pulled the trigger on this vacuum despite decent reviews of lower price range units. My main reasons where that some had compared it favorably to far more expensive dysons which I have used, and the motor power rating is 350 Watts, which is good power. When the vacuum arrived my husband and I where excited to check it out. Both of us where immediately impressed with the build quality of every part. Having used a very expensive Dyson cordless vacuum that one of my friends owns, and comparing the two, I would have to say that this is a far superior build quality and engineered unit. But how does it work? We’ll we couldn’t wait to try. It came with a battery that was partly charged so we immediately put it to the test in the family room which has a Cecil fiber rug and a wood floors. We vacuum this area every day with a Xiaomi roborock 2 automated vacuum (also highly recommended), so I didn’t expect much, but alas 3 minutes or so of vacuuming had filled up about 1/4 of the clear dust bin with dust and cat hair... the power roller that it comes with seams to work great on the combo of flooring. Emptying the bin was a breeze, and all of the filters are washable, so we rinsed them all and plugged it in to try the next day. Also there note the filters are replaceable and they have impeccably well engineered stainless steel screens. The next day, I wanted to test it on our rev, as we have a small but aging cordless eureka vacuum that doesn’t hold a charge anymore (not a lithium ion battery). I put the included small power brush on and headed out. Cleaning the RV with it got addictive, I found myself doing not only the floors but also all the seats, 5 minutes later I again had a half full bucket of dust, hair, dirt, etc.... I didn’t even think I had left it that dirty. So great review so far, now for the honesty and practical feedback. It comes with a base that holds all the accessories in some sort of pyramid fashion. Junk it, it shouldn’t have ever been made, but they also send a nice white bag that holds the accessories just as well. Between the bag and the main vacumn put together, you can store the two in half the space of trying to use their organizer contraption... but kudos for trying. Secondly I though I was getting two batteries with the deal, but only received one, on review I believe that is because the orange unit I believe does ship with two As well as an additional carpet brush, but amazon has them in the same listings just as different colors the blue being $100 less... I should have known something was up their. That said I really think it would be nice to have two batteries, because if you do use it in high, which has great suction, the battery is only stated to last 7 minutes, so your not going to get much accomplished, on regular mode it is supposed to last 25 minutes. For me this works as most of the area I will be vacuuming is hardwood, so I will only use max on some rugs, but still an extra battery would be great. Better yet they should replace their organizer with a fast charge dock and add th extra battery. Either way at we love it so far, so much that we ordered another one for camp, and one for my husbands office. Hope this helps.

I'm a man of convenience and this allows me to clean and stay cleaning with out getting pisses off at cords. Power Its freakin great. This cleans my wooden floors good and cleaned carpet better I feel. First time I used it, it got a crap ton of dust out of my carpet. I like it. Convenience With no cord it makes cleaning very easy as you never have to stop to relocate a plug or fight with a cable. You may not realize how much simple things like that deter you from doing your normal cleaning routines. Love it Battery Well what can you expect from a cordless vacuum. Obviously it wont last an hour so but this will last me maybe 10 or 15 minutes on the super suck and maybe double if not less on the normal suck. It might sound low for a battery but you can get some major cleaning done in 15 minutes if you pay attention...although it might be bad if you have a huge house. Its decent. All in all I'm glad I bought it. I use the attachments as well and it seems to be a great vacuum. Love>like>decent>hate>vomit I love it! Very useful tool I use it daily!

It's a nice little machine. I've used it alot. Love the lights on the front, and that the moter head is not too large to fit under dressers and other furniture. I also like that the attachments are full sized, and do a good job. I just wish the battery running time was longer. I guess I'll need to buy another battery. That is one good thing you can switch to a fresh battery when you need to. I would recommend it to others who don't want spend a lot on a dyson. I've only been using it for two weeks, and hope it will hold up good, because I really like this vacuum!

This is probably the best review I have ever given a product purchased on Amazon. Finding a good stick vacuum is difficult. We have gone through a couple Dysons (heavy, noisy, and break down after 3+/- years), and another cheaper brand that was ineffective. After combing through the products on Amazon I landed on this little gem. It is, far and away, the very best stick vacuum I have ever owned. I am an older woman, so weight and ease of use, plus effectiveness, are quite important. It is very light, intuitively easy to use (have had it about 3 weeks, and have yet to read the instruction manual---I know, I should). We bought this model because it comes with 2 batteries, very handy when doing upstairs and downstairs, and three cleaning heads--multi-floor, hard floor, and stair tool. One of the niftiest features is the 5 little LED lights on each head. They really show up the dirt, and make me realize how much I was missing with other vacuums. Also, my cats and I are noise sensitive, and it is very quiet. The cats don't mind it very much, and it gets daily use cleaning up their litter, which tracks horribly. I used it yesterday to vacuum the entire house, hard floors, area rugs, carpet, and the amount of suction it has is really amazing. It has a "Max" mode, and if you use this, and even sometimes in the normal mode, it will raise up an area the rug with its suction! Also, you can hold your finger on the power switch and release when not vacuuming (to save the battery), or if your finger gets tired, there is a little switch you can flip to constant-on mode. I think they thought of everything with this one, and am extremely please with my purchase. We also had a very hard time finding a decent dishwasher, and I researched and found the Bosch, and it, too, is great. Consequently, my husband has deemed me in charge of sourcing important household appliances. Please give it a try, you won't be disappointed, and it will leave Dyson "in the dust" (sorry, couldn't resist). :-)

Plenty of suction and power, lightweight and space saver. Great for constant pet clean-ups. Disappointed that extra battery I ordered for it has no power cord.

This thing went way beyond my expectations. At a fraction of the price of the Dyson V6 I used to have I was skeptical. It works way better, it's quieter, it doesn't kick back the stuff you're trying to vacuum like the V6 does. The way to empty it is so much easier AND there is a way to keep the power on without having to hold it down the whole time! Our Dyson died after about 2 years, I've had to smack it to get it to turn off for the last few months because it just won't turn off. I love my Dyson upright but the V6 was disappointing. I'm pretty excited about this Tineco one. Plus there are some led lights at the base to highlight the dirt you're sucking up! It even gets all the dust off the floor, not just the bigger stuff. VERY pleased.

I researched cordless vacuums and started out thinking I wanted the Dyson. The price is expensive first of all, and then I found out you had to hold the on button down while you vacuum, then there is only 1 battery that you cannot replace, it has to be recharged only, also many reviews said they had problems with the vacuum after several years and that the customer service was terrible. When I discovered the Tineco Vacuum I liked the fact that it was cheaper, also that you can vacuum without having to hold down the on switch, the A10 Master comes with 2 batteries that you can charge so you always have another one ready to go. Also reviews showed customer services was outstanding. Also the A10 Master comes with 2 heads, 1 for hard floors that won't scratch them and also 1 for carpet. It does also have a MAX button that I use on the carpet but most of my floors are tile so the normal setting seems to be working fine. The vacuum is lightweight, swivels to go underneath tables, and couches,it is quiet and a big plus is the light that lets you see what you are vacuuming. Overall I love the vacuum. The only con for me is it does have a small dust container, but it is easy to empty. Since the vacuum is so easy to grab and use, I fine that when I use it more, I don't have the buildup of dust and dog hair that I did when I had to drag out the regular vacuum. So it doesn't seem to be a problem. I would definitely recommend.

So far this has been a great cordless option. The battery lasts enough to clean up 2000 sqft and it picks up everything including all the dog hair you throw at it!
