I bought these for postpartum bleeding and although I did not have that much bleeding these came in handy for those first couple of days. My favorite part was that unlike the underwear pads that I had these would not stick to my stitches and they made me so happy. Also you get a ton in the package so I would say that you only need one of these for the whole postpartum period (meaning: one big box)

Perfect for heavy flows!

These are my life saver. As someone who suffers from pcos this product helps tremendously and allows me to get through the night without having to wake up and change. The heavy constant flow is a nightmare without these "diapers". These last a great deal without feeling wet and gross all day. Sure they aren't ideal for people used to the ultra thins but it's better than having to change ever 20 minutes.

Great transition pad after postpartum diapers. Stays in place all night saving me a lot of time not doing laundry at the crack of dawn.

Nice Thick Pads!!! Unlike Most ”NEWER” Pads!!!

Been buying/using these for awhile now. Most pads are made smaller and thinner because “mainstream” says that’s how it needs to be. Unfortunately many women need real protection and are more secure with big thick pads which are constantly being changed. Back in the 90’s Always and Kotex Supers were the size of today’s Overnight pads. Always Super and Overnight Pads were the go to for years...very thick, very long with very large wings. Since the mid 2000’s they’ve tried to make pads trendy with fancy colored packaging and odd shapes and making them thinner/smaller. If that works for some, fine but they should still offer a full line of “Old School Pads” also. Overall these are the closest you will find to a large pad along with Always Extra Heavy Overnights, Walgreens Extra Heavy Overnight. Equate and DG are also offering Extra Heavy Overnight. All of them are decent and quite long but still not as thick as they could be. If Kotex, Always and Stayfree would go back to their mid-90’s, early 2000’s offerings it would be great. In the meantime, these are the best available “thick” pads which are still thinner than ideal and just a little shorter than desired but they are still good. Hopefully they continue at least making these and maybe if enough people speak up we can get better options. I gave these five stars because they are comfortable and provide great protection during the day and decent overnight but could be larger. The 70ct. Package is an awesome buy!!! If you’re a real woman looking for “real” pads, these are for you. If you’re looking for a tiny piece of paper with a pretty design on that you can’t even tell are there, these are not for you. The new thin ones are just glorified panty liners. Hopefully this review helps!

My daughter love these pads. We have searched high and low for a pad that can handle unusually heavy flows. They’re organized in a box of 5 packages, so you can use them as needed. I will continue to order, only these.

These are by far, the best Kotex. These particular pads are hard to find, so I was so happy to find this value pack at such an affordable price.
