I love this product. Helps with my training. Only issue was when it arrived, the safety seals were gone and not all pills are inside. Maybe only 30 out of 90. I filed a return and a replacement was shipped within hours. Received it the next day. Great customer service.

Works as described

It met my needs and I’ve seen weight loss with adding it to my routines. However I am doing low carb calorie reduced diet with exercise, but it has help a ton.

First time switching brands but has the same same effect as more costly CLA
