Came a lot faster than I expected! I did this on a pre-order and I’m glad that i did because I know it will sell out for Christmas. It is a bit bulky but you get what you pay for. Big the quality is good in my opinion...enough to hold space your kid’s entire lol collection. Sure to keep them busy for hours. If your child is an lol fanatic like mine this is a sure fire hit!

1 tip, and wonderful!

First I would like to give a tip. On the bottom base where the pool/sandbox/hot tub are located, when wet, can damage to sticker part. I recommend putting a laminate over this or hodge podge/ then maybe even some form of resin/wax. Besides that it is perfect fit for your little ones lol dolls. Lots of features and accessories

Pricey but worth it

I have a daughter who absolutely loves lol dolls so this was a must. I bought it as a warehouse deal so paid just at $150. The box was heavily damaged but everything inside was perfect. It took me about 1.5 hours by myself to put it together. I really like the design of it and it reminds me of the 80s! The house is much smaller than my daughter's previous kidcraft dollhouse and about twice as expensive! However she loves this one more! We love the way everything is packed in moving boxes, such cute details. For everyone saying how useless the pool is, it says to cover the area before using with water in the instructions! The house is very heavy and not made of cardboard! Only the back of the house is pieces of cardboard, but that is how her other doll house was and it lasted. Other than the house being a little overpriced for the size, it's great. My kid loves it and that's all I care about!

Looks great

I ordered this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. After reading the reviews I decided I should open the box up and make sure it was worth keeping. The moving truck is huge and very cute. The moving truck is made of card board, which is expected as it is just packaging for the surprises. The house itself comes in pieces with some hardware. The pieces are wood as it claims to be on the box. I slid everything back in the box to save for Christmas, so I have not assembled it yet. That said, it appears to be exactly what the packaging claimed it would be. So, if all you are expecting is a wood doll house that requires assembly and a cute moving truck box full of surprises, it seems worth it. I will update after she opens it on Christmas. It is after Christmas now and she absolutely LOVES this doll house. It is used daily. Took about 45 minutes to assemble, it was a bit tricky. Definitely a must for any LOL fan. Also, it comes with enough furniture for the house in my opinion. The pools are made of plastic and come out so she can easily go fill them at the sink and get them back in their place in the house.

WORTH EVERY CENT

LOL Surprise has outdone themselves with this house. My spoiled kid owns a ton of doll houses and this one is by far the best. The concept and product are so great that I seriously want to buy stock. All the furniture came packed in moving boxes wrapped in LOL city newspaper. So adorable that I can't even throw it away. Putting everything together and unpacking it all was so much fun. Warning though: adult assembly required to biuld the house and it's heavy and sturdy. This is something that will probably be played with for generations. Great size for a lot more than LOL dolls too.

Christmas will be a hit!

My daughter loves anything LOL. When I saw the house I knew she would have a fit if she woke up to it on Christmas morning. I read reviews and was a bit worried about spending so much money on it. I saw one in the amazon warehouse for $164, using reward points I ordered it and paid about $150 total. The box was a bit beat up and I wanted to make sure everything was there before Christmas eve so my husband and I put it together tonight. All of the pieces were there. The material was about what I was expecting. It's made like the storage cubbies that can be bought at target/walmart. It took us less than 2 hours to put together and we were watching TV the whole time. There was one small chip on the front of one panel, which I honestly expected at least one or two of those. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to cut the tape and open the moving van to get some of the boxes out. You will need the boxes labeled "outdoors" to put the house together. Also, the instructions were in the front of the van so we had to take everything out to get to them. Which, it makes sense, but since it's a Christmas gift I would have preferred the van not been opened and rearranged. I dont think my daughter will care about that. The instructions also dont say what way the panels should be facing, so we had to look at the picture on the box to make sure it was all right. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. I think $200 is a bit much, but I would have spent that because I know how much my girl will love it. If you have a kid who is crazy for LOL, get this! It doesnt seem to be selling out anywhere that I have seen, so if you can wait and try to find it on sale, I'd recommend that.

Good quality doll house

I put this together. It is similar quality to kidcraft. I did struggle with which direction to turn some pieces as the back is also finished which is a plus. Ultimately one square is turned wrong but overall easy to assemble and my daughter really likes it. The elevator has popped off but she got it back on wo my help.. lighted acces. Are a nice touch.

LOL Fans Must Have

My LOL house box came with a hole in it, that's the only negative, as I don't want to return it so I'm hoping everything inside is ok. My daughter wants this for Christmas but I purchased this now since anything LOL sells out quick. If you are apprehensive in purchasing this because of the price, remember that it is an LOL exclusive, which comes with an exclusive family that you won't be able to purchase separately. This is a must buy for those hardcore LOL collectors out there!

Adorable! Well made! Instructions are in the truck box inside the big box

We gave it to our 4 year old who has many LOL’s and we all loved it. There is a moving truck inside with a lot of boxes of furniture. So there is plenty for the child to do while the house is being constructed. NOTE: the instructions are in the truck! If you want to put it together ahead of time, you can pull out the instructions from the truck and tape it back up.
