I love these so much

I loved these so much I ordered a second pair! I’ve struggled to find a good work pant for years until I finally got the idea to try overalls! My proportions make it difficult for me to find pants that fit—my hips and rear are disproportionately large, so most pants just end up being uncomfortably tight in that area with a loose waist and end up feeling strangulating or just inch their way down. I dread putting my carpenter-style pants on and can’t wait to take them off. Enter: these game-changing overalls. I ordered a few different brands, but returned all the others when I tried these. The waist isn’t super defined, so they are just absurdly comfortable. They are very well made and thoughtfully designed, and all of the pockets are functional and a great size. I also didn’t realize when I ordered them that the main pocket in the front zips shut! So I can put my phone and other things in there with no fear that they’ll fall out when I bend over. I also really appreciate the double-layered knees—I wear these a lot when I do yardwork, and these don’t soak through when I kneel in the grass or dirt. My leg length is pretty average, and these were the perfect length. I’d never seen the type of fastener they use on the straps, but they work fine and I think I prefer them to the more traditional fastener you see on overalls. My only complaint was that the first pair I ordered had a defect in the sewing on the inside of the right leg, so my toe catches on it when I pull them on. It was a little frustrating and I normally would have exchanged them, but I needed to wear them right away so I’ll just fix the seam myself.

Fit/ length

I just got them and immediately put them on. I love them but didn’t realize I am shorter than I expected. I wear regular jeans and didn’t think I’d need a shirt for these. I haven’t washed and dried them yet so not sure how much they’ll shrink but I should’ve got them in a short. I’m 5’ 3 1/2” I love the stretch on these too.

Perfect, exactly what I needed

Fit perfectly, fabric has a tiny hint of stretch but keeps shape. Pockets are great, the one on the bib is the perfect size for my phone which keeps it out of harm's way. Fabric is tough but not heavy enough to be too hot. I will be able to also wear these once it gets warmer which is nice.

Perfect for work and play

I love the way these fit. I ordered an Xs-regular. Being 5’3” and 112lbs, they are slightly long- but perfect for my preference. I don’t dry my things in a dryer and so it might be perfect in reality for other preferences. The zipper update from my old oldest pair is amazing and keeps my new larger phone in my bib pocket perfect. I paint and move large scale art and they are perfect for work and play.

Run a bit small

I was sceptical on buying these as I have read over all the reviews, especially being a tall gal. I ordered an XL Tall so they would be kinda big. The XL fits perfect. Compared to my others and clothing size they run a bit small. But sizing up they are long enough and I am pleased!

Little large, but comfy. Will order another one size down.

I love these. Super comfy. The photos don’t show it but they are a tad large. Which makes them comfy but once they stretch out a bit I feel like the waist area is very open and ... airy. I’m going to order a second pair but size down. For reference I’m 5’7” around 160-165lbs and usually wear a 12 in pants and skirts. My thighs are where my weight is not hips and nice and roomy in thighs with this pair!

Work horse overalls

The waist is super high, not your cute overalls but workhorses I'll wear over other clothes so I'm not working in tight and revealing clothes I'm use to. I bought them a bit too big and they'll work for me though this size is super long for me. Tucking them into my boots has been fine but they'll have to be rolled up after winter/mud season...

Comfortable and Cute!

I love how comfortable these overalls are. The fabric is nice and soft when they break in. The fit is true to size. I am a size 7/8 and purchased size M

Dead-on Perfect!

I have never worn a Carhardt product ~ so was apprehensive about how these would fit. Opened the package, put them right on. They are FANTASTIC!! I love the latches... and the little bit of spandex! They literally fit like they were custom tailored for me down to the length. I couldn't be happier... well, maybe if they came in really cute colors or prints! Love, love, love them!!!!!!!

Great choice for rugged work clothes

Just enough spandex to give these work jeans the flexibility you need. Reinforced legs make them extra tough.
