very good and strongly recommend it.
I ordered it for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. Used on all four doors as well as the gate and still left over for the hood. The installation was very easy. I cut 1-2 inches longer , removed the metal piece if exposed at the end by using small pliers or just pulled it out since it wasn't hard at all. Starting at the top, pushed the trim by hand and used small rubber mallet. Cut the other end precisely and again removed the exposed metal. It came out very good and looks very smooth and firm. I bought it after reading several positive reviews only and I appreciate the reviewers for their quality opinions.

A True Quality Product
This edge guard is thick, tough, mounts easily and provides excellent protection for my doors. I have an F-150 extended cab, and the doors are huge, I am forever conscious that I am in danger of bumping someone's car in a parking lot. This edge guard will help, so that if I do accidentally bump someone, it won't put a big dent or take a chip out of their car.

Fits snug - but not so easy for Wrangler JL
After lot of reading, I decided to give it a shot. It didn't disappoint me. I have 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara. Very snug fit on the top of doors. When it comes to bottom half of door, the door has a raised strip (not sure why it is for) and this becomes very tight. A rubber mallet might have helped. By pressing hard, I could do only 2 doors and my thumb & palm started hurting a lot. I took my son's help to get the remaining 2 doors. The whole bundle comes exactly for 4 doors. I couldn't reduce any of this on top part of door, as that's where the storage racks in my garage hit to the door. So, this whole reel is conveniently enough for 4 doors. If you plan to put it on Wrangler JL, then take the help of rubber mallet. Also remember, once cut to the size, take off the first metal U clip at both ends. Final say - it looks great and definitely protects my door edges. No Gum to worry about peeling off. Once fit, it should last until pulled :)

Really Nice Edge Guard
I've used edge guards on many cars and like this the best of any I've used. Quite hefty and fits very tightly...actually fairly difficult to install on my Subaru which has relatively thick door edges. Looks really good and provides great protection Two tips: 1) when you cut it if you see exposed metal pull the tiny piece out with pliers (very easy to do) so it doesn't rust. 2) have a fairly long board (I used 1"x1.5"x18") so that you can apply serious pressure without wrecking your thumbs. Will definitely use on my next car.

Nice product
I only have this product on for a week now but it feels very thick and heavy duty. Also, many reviewers said something about needing a rubber hammer and it being real difficult to put on??......Well you don’t need a hammer( I don’t even see how one would help). It’s called having someone that is a little strong put it on. It took me about 5 minutes per door. You do have to push hard and make sure it’s all the way in but no big deal. Also, people talked about rust. When you size each piece, you pull out the metal on each of the ends. Then there is no metal exposed. This is not rocket science. In the end, to do my entire truck, it took me about a half hour and now I won’t get any chips.

Easy to use
The protector is easy to install; it just presses over the edge of the door, though it requires a second pass of pushing along the edge to get it all the way on the door. It can be cut with scissors if you use a bit of force. My vehicle is black and it looks good against the black door.

Great product. 10m will completely protect a jk wrangler.
This product looks great. 10 meters did all 4 doors on my JK wrangler and I had enough left over to do the tailgate. I went from the top of the door to the latch. I was left with about 1 foot remaining.

Excellent product, attractive, well made, easy to install.
Good stuff. This is attractive, with a kind of carbon fiber look. It goes on easily and flexibly and follows the curves of the doors quite nicely. As opposed to cheaper products it is not held on by glue. There are a series of metal clips within the rubber that grip the door tightly. To prevent rust, it is possible to use a pliers or Leatherman to pull out the first and last clips so metal is not exposed to water. When the clips are out it is easy to cut the rubber to match the angle of the top or bottom of the doors. Because it’s rubber it can stretch a little if you cut it a bit short. After initially getting it on the doors, use a dowel or the flat back of a scissors to smooth it out. Looks professional when done.

Looks Custom
Great stuff. It takes some hand strength to apply it but I doubt that I'll have a problem with it loosening. It clips off easily with a good pair of scissors or a side cutter. I was impressed with how it followed the contours of the door and looked like it was molded onto the edge. Plenty of product to do two sets of doors.

Works Well (Other Uses?)
I needed some sharp edge protection for a woodshed that I covered with corrugated metal roofing. This stuff worked very well. It was easy to bend around the corners, went on easily and is staying in place. I assume it would work equally well on cars, as it is intended for.
