The Quality

I bought this set of drums dor my 10 year old grandson in order to learn how to play them. The entire drum set is more than I expected in looks, quality, and price!! I would definitely recommend this set for anyone interested in either purchasing a new set for beginner's or if you already have the experience of playing drums!!!

Fixed found and flawless

Apologies for my earlier review. I have since found the missing pieces that were apparently dropped by the delivery driver or something. Anyhow, everything is perfect and I could not be happier. Thank you very much and I will absolutely recommend

Good balance of quality and value!

You get what you pay for. Although it comes with REMO drum heads, they are the cheapest REMO heads you can get. Just like getting a Gibson guitar. They’re nice but if you get the cheapest they have it’s not gonna play that great. Anyways, I didn’t have too much trouble assembling the kit and the directions it came with were pretty detailed. I was really expecting a nice sound from these drums but I didn’t really get that. I put a pillow case on the inside of the bass drum which has helped and I plan to but some duct tape on the Snare cause it’s rings out for too long and you can hear it when you play the toms. Which might be normal with drums but I don’t like it so imma slap some tape on there. All in all, you get what you paid for. Everything feels pretty high quality and looks nice though I thought the black was gonna be matte, but it’s what ever. I would give this a 4 star but if feel bad being the first to bring down the rating of this set. It’s a good value to quality ratio. Still sounds much better than a Gammon set but nothing near a Ludwig or Pearl set but it was only about $300. I was a little skeptical of this kit at first cause there were no customer images so I’ll add some for the next buyer to see! Update: The tape didn’t help at all with the snare wires rattling, and neither did putting a rug under entire set. So take with that as you will.

Quality compared to Gammon

Definitely better than the Gammon set.

Great Set for a Great Price

This is a really nice set with a great price. Since it was a lower price I was expecting low quality but it is very nice, I was pleasingly surprised. The drum heads are a lower quality so sound not as good but it is great for my son who is just a beginner. I recommend this product for sure. Came in quickly and packaged nicely. Great Price!!

I decided to play drums again they sound just as good as my exspensive set. this set is for me and family fun. love the way it looks and good tones take time on the heads you see just what i mean.
