strong enough to take iceball

Main feature I liked was the reported ability of the glass to take a molded iceball. Some of the fancier whiskey glasses come w/ advisory that they are not strong enough to take ice cubes dropped into them. Fine if one likes one's liquor neat, but not if one likes it on ice. Haven't had them long enough to attest to durability in meaningful way, sure hope they last for years. Appreciated the discount if buy > 1 set, wouldn't have known that except for answer to a buyer's question listed on Amazon.

Perfect size.

I had been looking for quite a while for a suitable replacement for some large heavy drink glasses similar to some others that we have had for years. Unfortunately that vendor stopped making them. The 10 oz glasses that other vendors offer just aren't quite big enough for a good shot of whiskey, 6 oz of Coke or 7-up, and a generous portion of ice. The extra 2 oz capacity makes these ideal drink glasses. I also like the thick base and the fact that the volume is achieved by extra diameter instead of extra height. That makes them way less likely to be tipped over. I'll definitely be ordering more of these now that I've had a couple to hold in my hand and use.

Nice heavyweight lead free glass

Nice heavyweight lead free glass. It is big, thick and sturdy enough. This one isn't thin rimmed glass that I was looking for, but I am still happy with the quality.

Just what I was looking for!

Took a chance ordering these since there weren’t many reviews, and I’m happy to report these glasses are great! They have a great weight to them, and they feel nice in the hand. They have good clarity throughout the glass. The indentation in the bottom looks nice and allows for a comfortable grip on the glass. The glass fits spherical and cubed Ice nicely. Overall, nice hefty glasses! And customer service was great too! Got an email almost immediately checking in to see how I liked the glasses. Glad I took a chance on these!

We've upped our standards, so up yours!

These are good, heavy, solid whiskey glasses. They make me feel ten feet tall and covered in hair! A proper glass for the Glenlivet, or even something really good. But the Glenlivet is good enough for me. Some sexy, middle-aged single malt would be wasted on the likes of me. I feel guilty drinking anything better than a twelve year old Glenlivet, even from such a very nice glass.

Fantastic Glasses

I Ordered these glasses for bourbon cocktails. Great weight and feel. 12 oz, wide opening allows for the craft cocktail square or round large ice cube. Quality Craftsmanship!!!

Great Whiskey Glasses!

These are very nice whiskey glasses. The weight feels good in your hands. They are large enough to hold the large ice cubes and a fair amount of liquor. These would make a great gift!

Great glasses

These are perfect for their purpose. We use them for scotch/whiskey/bourbon and Old Fashioneds. They were purchased as a gift, but they'll be used by both myself and my husband. Very nice weight. Good size for large ice. The detailing on the bottom is very nice when there is a nice brown liquor in the glass. We took them camping. They were study enough to not feel too delicate. a treat to have nice glasses while enjoying a nice quality liquor.

These glasses are excellent. They arrived quickly with the glasses in perfect condition. I was glad that I bought 4 (two sets). I was impressed with their weight and how great they felt in my hand. They were a Christmas gift and in the afterglow of a wonderful fireside Christmas we toasted their beauty with the last of the Scotch. Will buy more soon. Thank you.
