Beautiful design/ Excellent value!!!

Fireplace is elegant, sleek and beautiful in design as well as very functional in adding warmth and ambiance to my husband’s “man cave”. In addition to the 42 inch model, we also bought the 50” 3 G fireplace for the master bedroom and absolutely love it. These fireplaces are an excellent value! Jasper, in customer support, was extremely courteous, professional and responsive in helping us through the process.....much appreciated 😊.

I am extremely happy with the fireplace. It is highly functional and elegant.

Very sleek & trim looking, even when mounted on top of wall.

Liked everything about it. The choice of low, high or no heat. The variable color mixtures, just has yellow, blue or combination of yellow & blue and looks realistic enough with those colors. No crazy red, green, purple or any color under the rainbow phony looking colors. Worked immediately right out of the box when plugged in prior to mounting. 2 remotes, both work fine. I liked the choice of white color which matches my furniture in the room.

Very nice fireplace. You can change brightness and and colors. I am really happy with the 3Gplus company as they respond very quickly to any questions about the products and have been very nice. Outstanding Customer Service / Beautiful Product

The fireplace itself is a really nice product that puts out a good amount of heat to warm our TV room in our newly finished basement. The quality of the product is very good and it provides a nice ambiance. What I would like to rave about is the customer service of 3GPlus. During the finishing of our basement, the remote control was misplaced along with the operating instructions. I sent an email to the company and promptly got a response with an offer to immediately ship a replacement remote control free of charge. We received the replacement remote control within a week of sending the first email. The customer service representative also emailed the e-manual, which clarified a few questions that we had. The customer service and responsiveness of 3GPlus is simply outstanding.
