I have always enjoyed espresso, lattes, cappachinos, etc...and I must say that I did extensive research on this product once I decided to purchase it, and I am so glad I did. I love the fact that this is a "one-stop" machine, meaning you select the style and size of coffee cup you desire and the machine does the rest. The other machines I looked at all had several manual steps involved...(first, grind the coffee, then make the froth, etc.). Not this machine...I am producing better than Starbucks-quality specialty coffees with the push of a button. We add the water, and to the milk reservoir, we add some liquid coffee creamer having several different flavors...press the style of coffee and the size and it first shots out the froth then the coffee drips out, then you have a great cup of specialty coffee...we remove some of the used coffee grounds and add fresh grounds to "piggy back" the coffee. This way, the coffee doesn't come out as strong. But again, if you want a very simple machine to operate and clean and one which produces great specialty coffees, I highly recommend this machine...It is fantastic!

I am a dingbat when it comes to making espresso, latte, cappuccino, never done it, didn't know how. I was tired of spending $ 8.99 + a day for a good stiff coffee drink at the local coffee shop to get me going. Long story short, my drip coffee Mtaker died, figured I would give this a try and am beyond happy with the results. Great product

My husband has been making stovetop espresso for years. When we got this in the mail yesterday, he couldn’t wait to make an espresso and was excited that he wasn’t disappointed. The item was easy to put together, and it’s pretty user friendly. This morning, he made his first espresso and said that it was hands down the best he’s ever made in terms of flavor, ease, and overall experience. So happy we bought this! I see many lattes in my future.

This was my first espresso machine purchase, so I really have nothing to compare it to. However, as a first time user, this has been very easy to learn. There was nothing in the instructions about removing the drip tray, but it does come out by pulling pretty hard (at least at first it was difficult). It's easy to clean all the pieces. It's easy to make drinks and I don't have any complaints!

After having a very expensive espresso machine that was constantly broken, need repair and shorted out, I opted to spend less and chose this espresso machine. After reading some of the reviews, I watched a couple of Youtube videos and once I got my machine, I felt prepared. The assembly was pretty easy. The directions could be improved but after using it a few times, it was pretty easy. The only complaints I have is that the machine is somewhat loud (but so was my last) and I wish there was a water and milk line to know that you are filling the containers up appropriately. Outside of that, this was a great purchase and works well for a fraction of what I spent last time. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted to wait until I had used this machine for a couple of months before I wrote a review, so I could be honest about this machine. The verdict is, it is a great machine! My wife and I love to drink lattes and that is all we drink, and as we all know they are expensive to buy and can also be hard to make, and time consuming. I have to tell you I was skeptical of buying this for two reasons: First was it was a new product, and hasn't been on the market that long. Second, was the price, we had a much more expensive machine, which sadly has lived out its life. The bottom line is it was easy to set-up right out of the box and it is very easy to make the lattes, just put your fresh ground coffee in the pod, ramp it down, put your water in the water container, put your milk in the milk container, (I use skin milk, it froths better, in my oppinion), adjust the frothing knob to your desired seting, put your cup under the dispenser and push the lattes button twice for a double shot and in a minute you have a perfect latte. Add your favorite syrup and topping and enjoy. The cleanup is very easy also, Mr. Coffee had all the parts to come apart easily for cleaning, it only takes me a couple of minutes to clean and be ready for the next time. My advice, don't but an expensive machine, it doesn't make any better latte than this does, in my oppinion. I give it five stars an a thumbs up. I will review again at one year😀

I’m so glad I got this coffee drink maker. I recently moved around the corner from a Starbucks and I was spending way too much money there and justifying it because it was in walking distance so I was getting exercise. Now I can make my own lattes and cappuccinos in under 2 minutes at home and for a fraction of the cost. I used to be a latte girl but with this machine I’m finding out I really prefer cappuccinos (I think it’s the foam!) The machine was well packaged with everything secured well. The direction booklet is SO SIMPLE so set up was quick and easy. First you prime the machine with water in both the water and milk tanks. It takes about 4 minutes to fully prime and then it’s ready to go. Then you add your coffee grounds. I’m using pre-ground Starbucks espresso roast (so Starbucks is still getting some of my money!) But if I can find a good supplier of whole roasted beans near me, I may switch and start grinding at home. Inserting the porta-filter into the machine is easy, you twist, and it locks in. Place your cup or mug, press the button for whichever drink you want, and wait 90 seconds for deliciousness. You can also make a simple espresso shot (or two) and froth milk with the machine. This is so easy and with what I’m saving in Starbucks runs, the machine will have paid for itself very quickly. -See the “how to” video I uploaded that shows just how simple it is to make your own cappuccino.

This is such a great espresso-maker! The first couple of uses are a little challenging and the instructions aren’t super helpful, but once you’ve used it a couple of times, it is pretty straightforward. I love the built-in milk frother. I love to drink cafe au laits, so sometimes I make the coffee in my other coffeepot, then just froth the milk on top. Other times, we’ll do straight espresso or a cappuccino. It’s nice to have two uses. The removable milk reservoir is clutch. I love not having to refill it every time I want to use it. And I absolutely appreciate that it comes with the filter for both a single and a double shot of espresso. Do yourself a favor, and watch a couple of YouTube videos on using it while you’re waiting for it to arrive. Again, it’s different than a regular coffee maker and you might get discouraged if you just use the out-of-box instructions. Finally, and superficially, it’s really pretty. A beautiful addition to my countertop. All in all, I’m super happy and would recommend this for any coffee lover!
