This product works wonders! With so many slim waist trends over a $100, I'm glad that I came across this product for under $20. This product fits my curves and covers my pooch and smooth's out my back side and we all know that's the look that we want. It's not uncomfortable and you feel secure while working out or doing other daily activities. I love that it has a zipper to bring the waist in after hooking it all together. The material is great and allows to the product to form to your body. I'm 5'7 and 230 and I purchased a 2XL. It fits true to size so measure your waist before purchasing. I will be purchasing this product again and other products from this line once I'm finished with this waist trainer.

Fits like a dream!

I’m loving this waist trainer! I am 5”3’ and I wear a medium in tops but would be catergorized as thick not slim. Also I am on average a 8-10 in dresses. Just giving a bit of background for anyone looking to purchase this item. I ordered the medium hoping that it would fit. My large waist trainer was becoming very roomy, but I had purchased it from a different seller and was not entirely sure I was ready for the medium. Anyhoo... This one is perfect! I have it on the first set of hooks and it’s very comfortable and will not let you slouch at all. I love the hook/zipper combo. It makes the waist trainer feel more secure. And the over the shoulder straps are adjustable which made the trainer more comfortable. I’m ordering another one today so I always have a clean one ready to go! As far as the sizing goes I will say this much. My family is old school and I have been wearing some kind of cincher or girdle since puberty so my definition of comfort might not be the same as another’s. I feel like this is a perfect medium for someone who is actively waist training. It holds you but still has the flexibility so you can move about normally. I think it fits true to size if you want that extra hold. Waist training is not supposed to feel like nothing. You are supposed to be aware of the garment but never be in pain.

First and foremost great fit of the product. Came packaged nicely. Fit is exactly as the size chart said. Extremely comfortable. I wear this over a tanktop over 8 hours a day. The key is to not start out too tight but gradually as to not have any health issues and allow the waist to cinch effortlessly without any hassle and this product does it. Ordered the 2XXL based the the companies size chart NOT AMAZON'S. The chart is in their images before anyone buys measure yourself! Looking to purchase the XL now since I currently fit the XXL and would like to go tighter. Love the boost it gives my bust and the flattening it does to my back. I wear this under my work shirt and you can't even tell. Very comfortable!!!

Added features make this waist trainer the best!

This waist trainer has become my new favorite! I love that it has both the hooks and the zipper. It feels super secure having both types of closures. The fabric is extra strong and durable and the zipper is heavy duty. It even has a clasp at the top of the zipper which is a feature that most of my other waist trainers don't have and I always end up having to sew one in. I love the adjustable straps to keep them from digging into my armpits. All around this is one of the best waist trainers I have ever owned and I will be purchasing a duplicate in the near future. I would definitely recommend this waist trainer over other due to the added features.

Amazing!!

OMG. My waist is 36.5 inches and I ordered this waist trainer in size Large. It fits AMAZING! When I say my waist is snatched, I mean it is snatched. 1st I purchased size XL, it fit but it wasn't snug. I was able to go to the 3rd (tightest) prong with the 1st wear, so I wasn't getting optimal results. This Large size is perfect!! Great quality. I highly recommend this waist trainer.

It is TIGHT - that is how it is supposed to be

I am a size 16/18 with a belly. I bought a 3X because so many people said it runs so small. I should have bought a 2X and I will next. I want to say: this is a waist trainer - it is supposed to be TIGHT, I mean really, really tight, otherwise it will not train your waist. You should have to lie down and pull on both sides as hard as you can to get it to close. Then when you start, you can only wear it for a few hours each day and gradually you can wear it for longer. So if you want to train your waist, ignore all of the people who say it is too small. I'm giving it 5 stars because it is a good product. I like how the back is high. I had one before that did not go up my back and the waist trainer just pushed all of my back fat up in a huge roll just under my bra, so that didn't work.

32” & 163lbs, Medium

My waist is 32” & am 163lbs. I bought a medium for a tighter fit and it fit as needed. I was only able to get it on the first set of hooks. Glad I went with a medium instead of an extra large (chart size). It’s comfortable and I love the fabric. Definitely worth it!

256lbs 4x Fits me..... Hold your stomach in and SQUEEZE

I LOVE IT.... It is JUST What I was looking for.... So im 5'3 and Im 256lbs Today... Bloated and this product fit me perfectly.... I ordered a 4x because of other people reviews who were smaller then me but also ordered the 4x....... So first of all.... IT WILL BE HARD PUTTUNG ON..... You have to hold your stomach in, look in the mirrior and start from the bottom..... YOU Will probably think its too SMALL.... Its NOT YOU are suppose to be able to squeeze it all in.... and thats what I did and I LOOK AMAZING..... My Opinion 200lbs - 220 GET (2x) Or if you are between 220 - 240 (3x) My WEIGHT GROUP...... 240 - 260 (4x) IT Doesn't hurt... it doesn't rise in the back... its good quality..... its priced perfectly.... as far as size go up between 2/3 Sizes Depending on how tight your clothes are you will see the zipper underneath a lil.... Im on my way to the GYM!!!! Thank me later for my detailed review lol
