Great for 2019 Hobie Outback

Paired these with the Yakima Showboat 66 loader on my 2010 Toyota Highlander. Easy, easy, easy to get my 2019 Hobie Outback onto the Highlander and very secure and quiet going down the highway well over the speed limit. :-)

Great for wide Kayaks.

I have an Old Town Canoe Topwater 106. I was originally using a Malone Mega Wing. When using my Mega Wing my kayak would move around. I constantly had to stop and adjust it. When I first put my kayak on the Big Catch I was nervous I would have the same problem. My kayak didn't have much contact with it. Then when I tied it down I realized my kayak had much more contact. I am so happy to have this. I feel confident that my kayak is secure. My kayak doesn't move at all. It was easy to install. I have a 2014 Subaru Outback.

A solid and easy to use choice for kayak owners

The Yakima BigCatch kayak saddles are a perfect choice for nearly any rack system and as expected work very will with the Yakima Overhaul HD rack system. I use them with a sit-in tandem kayak that weighs about 60 lbs and it sits nicely on these saddles and stays in place. They are very easy to install and adjust as needed whether on a round/oval bar or using the available bar slot attachment kit.

Would buy again

Fit spretty well on my rhino aero blades for our Jeep. Hobie Outback sits nicely in there. Would buy again.
