Better than Hydroflask!

I bought this when I wanted a vacuum insulated and durable water bottle with a wide enough lid to get ice into it without a struggle, but didn't want to spend $80 on a Hydroflask bottle. I've compared it with my daughter's Hydroflask and it works great, and I love that it gave me all three lid options without charging me extra for each one (like Hydroflask does). The large size of the bottle makes it a bit awkward to carry around without a handle, which is why I bought the paracord handle for it. I can easily switch the caps when I decide I want to change it up and it keeps my ice frosty for more than 24 hours. It's held up quite well over the last couple of months with my clumsy self, I've dropped it plenty of times (especially before I got the handle for it) on concrete and not a scratch or dent in sight. I am really tough on my belongings and need things that can handle a regular beating. Whoa! Super impressed!!!!

I was looking for something to use at work to keep my water cold throughout the day and not have to worry about condensation dripping on my desk and hands. This thing is amazing. I bought the 40oz container with 3 lids. I filled this 2/3rds of the way up with ice at 9:30am and refilled with water 2 times throughout the day without adding any additional ice. I left it roughly half filled over night and when I came in the next day, there was still full size ice cubes in there! Definitely a legit container! Very impressed.

I LOVE this bottle. They must have changed something because previous reviews said the logo rubs off, but the bottle I received has it ENGRAVED into it. It looks so nice and classy. The black is matte and textured so it's easy to hold and doesn't slip out of your hands. I was a little worried about ordering such a large bottle, but it's really easy to hold and fits in the larger of my car's cup holders! I'm training for a marathon and tend to get headaches after my weekend long runs and I bought this bottle to stay better hydrated throughout the work week to help prevent this. It seems to be working so far! And the Iron Flask looks professional, it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb carrying it around my office. The vacuum insulation works as well as my RTIC tumbler and water stays cold and the bottle doesn't sweat or drip at all. This is especially nice living in Florida and having cold water accessible from my car. The three tops that came with it are also very convenient. I've only used the main one so far, but nice to have the options. I was comparing several different bottles and very happy I went with this one!

different attachments, tough

Arrived quickly and we were happily surprised of how great it works as promised. We've had other kinds of bottles and those big awkward thermo cups but this one is has been our favorite so far. Great investment. We love the different attachments that come with it too. One of the decision factors is that they come with it instead of having to buy them separately like many others out there. Having little kids and using it on our car travels, it works great to keep our water cold and is big enough for our family to share without spills (I hate when that happens). When we need more water, we stop at a fast food place, get water refilled and we are good to go without any paper cup spill accidents. Love it and recommend it. We'll be getting another one for sure.

Why I Purchased Iron Flask Over Hydro Flask

I've been debating between the Hydro Flask and the Iron Flask, I finally decided on the Iron Flask for three reasons. The first reason I chose the Iron Flask over the Hydro Flask, is that it comes with three lids instead of one. I know that you can purchase additional lids for the Hydro Flask, but it's at an additional cost, whereas with the Iron Flask the lids are included. Secondly, I purchased the Iron Flask because of the sleek design, they have changed the logo on the flask from painted to engraved, which should last longer than the original design of the Iron Flask bottles, in addition, the Iron Flask is more contemporary, in my opinion than the Hydro Flask (as far as logos). This isn't really an issue when it comes to the function of the flask, but if I'm going to be carrying around a 40 oz flask, I want the bottle to blend in and look professional. Lastly, price, I was unaware up until recently that Hydro Flask offers a warranty for their products, I'm unsure of the details of that warranty, but the price of this flask is unbeatable for the quality and accessories. Plus if the flask is dropped or dented, I'm not going to be as disappointed as I would be if I dropped a $50 flask. There are several benefits to staying hydrated throughout the day and the amount of water we should be drinking depends on our body weight, but I'm almost positive that investing in this flask will increase your daily water intake by having ice cold water (or hot, if that's your preference) readily available to drink on the go, especially in the extreme heat of the Mohave Desert. Feeling better, having more supple skin, an increase in memory, weight loss, and an increase in immune health are all benefits of staying hydrated. So why not invest in a product that is willing to help you do just that?

I recently received my Iron Flask and I'm thrilled with the quality! I put it to the test right away, filled it up halfway with ice and then to the top with water, put it outside on a 90 degree day and waited, and waited, and waited.... 6 hours later it still had ice in it. I brought it in the house and set in on the counter...6 hours after bringing it in the house is still had some. 12 hours total. I did this test along with a regular metal water bottle. The ice in that bottle had melted within one hour and the water was very warm within two. It also had condensation on the outside which the iron flask didn't have. I saw other reviews stating that the lid smelled and I experience that. The water tasted fresh the next morning and although not icy it was still cold 24 hours later. Love the three lid options. One other thing that may be a recent change is that the logo is embossed rather than painted on so it shouldn't rub off. I'm very happy about this purchase! The attached picture shows the Iron Flask and my regular water bottle after about an hour and a half.

WOW!

WOW! This water bottle is going to make you drink more water. It looks awesome, it holds plenty of water, easy to clean and keeps water cool for hours! My only beef with the bottle is that the 40 oz bottle is pretty tall... so it can be difficult to refill the bottle if you're out in public. I know this happens to me at work with the water stations, since the the bottle is tall, it can become hard to refill it. But this is just a small inconvenience, knowing what I know now, I would still purchase the 40 oz. Love this thing!

I am so happy with this purchase.

I wanted to wait for a while before I wrote something about this thermos. Besides the fact that it looks incredibly stylish, it also comes with three lids and in a chic box. The biggest take away is its quality. I try to drink about 2 Lt of water per day. I typically put in there a couple slices of lemon. I also fill it in the mornings when quickly made iced coffee. I fill the thermos with some ice and do a pour over coffee directly into the thermos. I mention these two things so you know my routine both of which are high acidity. I have seen no discoloring or "rust" spots as soon other reviews stated. Lastly, after I finished my coffee in the morning I got to work and put fresh ice in with water. That ice lasted me the entire day and would have went into day two if I didn't dump and rinse. For the price-point this is an unbelievably satisfying buy.

Great, slick, reasonably-priced product that will do exactly what you expect.

While in the market for a water bottle, I stumbled across this product. I immediately was drawn to its slick design, the extra lids/added items, and its price. All in all, I am very satisfied with it: - It keeps cool liquids reasonably cool for a decent amount of time (24+ hours from my rough estimates). I have only used it for cold drinks. - The handles/grips (on the lids with them) seem sturdy enough thus far. That was a big thing for me as that of my previous bottle (different brand) broke. The convenience of carrying these thicker bottles by the handle cannot be understated. I play soccer and work out regularly and it is always a massive relief to know that your beverage is still cold when you reach for the bottle regardless of ambient temperature. So yeah, I love it. The one advice I'd give - and this isn't any indictment of the product - is to make sure you tighten the lid securely. The attached picture shows my preferred lid and, while in a hurry, I've failed to fully tighten it, leading my water to spill. Just be careful on that front.

I've had this bottle for about 9 months. It is a workhorse! I take it everywhere with me and always have water on hand. I LOVE the large 40 oz size. I have upped my hydration game! Unfortunately, after about 6 months, the bottle began to sweat profusely when there is ice water inside. It got the contents of my bag wet and left big rings on the table. It gets very wet and sweaty, and the ice melts within 6-8 hours. I contacted the company, and within a couple of hours they sent me a message with a discount code to order a new bottle on amazon for a 99% discount. (Apparently amazon doesn't let you give 100% discounts). So, a brand new 40 oz iron flask for $0.28. No muss no fuss, just another awesome Iron Flask. Very generous and speedy customer service. I'm not sure what happened with my original Iron Flask, but the fact that the company stands behind their product like this is wonderful.
