Get it.
Installed this on my G35 like a month ago (both sides stopped simultaneously, great experience, I am getting a Lexus next). It does not have a reset button like OEM motors, but manual electronic reset instructions are on here and easily "look-up-able". It closes all the way and it does the nifty "lower-then-seal" feature normally when you open and close the door. It really is just like OEM. Giving it five stars for now.

Good part saved money
Part fit and works well. Used UTube for instructions to install. Took about an hour. Saved $300.00 in labor hours from service department.

Working fine after install
Just replaced both motors on the left and right sides, and they're working fine so far. I've had to replace the motors in both windows on my Infiniti G35 coupe at least 2 or 3 times now because the car has a known design flaw in terms of how the windows operate. Will plan to update over time to see how these perform.

Worked as advertised!
Installed this into my 2006 350z. One heads up tho, when threading the window motor switches thru the door, there is a rubber plunger that might need a slight adjustment to get rid of the extra slack from the switch cables. If this is not done, the motor switch cables will get caught in the window mechanism when the window is moving up and down, making a noise. Just pull the slack cables tight then adjust the rubber stopper and you should be good! So far its been only a week since the install and it has worked perfectly. Will have to update review if anything breaks soon. Highly recommended if you don't feel like paying for OEM price...

Worked perfectly!
This motor worked perfectly for my wife's 2007 Nissan 350z. Her window started to have problems going up/down and after replacing with this motor, there have been no issues.

Working great so far
Installation wasn't too bad with the help of YouTube videos, motor is working great so far. Make sure you tape the window up before taking it all apart so it doesn't fall!

It works and is a fairly easy fix!
I was having issues with my original lift motor intermittently deciding not to work and frequently found myself with my window stuck either down or up. I didn't want to pay someone else to fix it so I decided to try this part from Amazon and do it myself. It works great and now I have no more issues with my window!

Physically the same as the OEM
Ordered the part to replace my motor but once I took the door apart I found it was a loose connection that caused my window to stop working. the motor was identical to the OEM part so I'm sure it would have fit perfectly.
