• No worry about being rusty: high quality stainless steel will make the knife more durable and prevent the corrosion. Vanadium has the ability to remove Acid and oxygen in steel, will let the steel sturdy and stronger.
  • Ultra sharp edge makes it easier to cut hard food: sharpness is the key to achieving the best cuts and this is evident in the knife's blade which is quite sharp and will remain this way even after tough tasks such as cutting tough meat or removing flesh from bones.
  • Ergonomic Handle: JmeGe Chef knife has a comfortable wood handle, It makes the knife non-slip and easy to hold. It will be a good gift for some like cooking.
  • Full body stainless steel design: The knife body is whole stainless design, without welding point. So our JmeGe knife is more smooth and stronger.
  • Light Weight and small volume: The JmeGe Chef knife is only 173g and 32. 8cm length, very convenient to transport and easy to control.

I was not sure about this design when I saw it... I am not a fan of "gimmick" knives that are only there for their shock value.. That is NOT the case of the Shadow Black Series. The blades live up to everything you come to expect from JmeGe - razor sharp, perfect balance and taper, edge retention even under heavy, professional kitchen use; The grip. That is where this line of knives stands apart. It is almost dangerous how comfortable these handles are to use. I am not kidding when I say I was close to forgetting I even had a knife in my hand. Same pinch grip I always use, just in a design that is simply unmatched where comfort is concerned. And I learned that the black is not just for looks (which I am really starting to love BTW) - but it is a titanium-nitride coating. This prevents corrosion, actually adds to the strength of the blade and adds addition non-stick to the blade as well. So, yeah, I have seen black "just to be black" knives before, and they looked cool - but here you get that look but in a design that has many other benefits as well.

I bought this for my husband, he loves to cook for my family every weekend, it comes in a beautiful gift box, it definitely looks like professional kitchen utensil. I can feel the high quality materials in it, its sturdy, the wooden ergonomic handle feels great on my hand, not too heavy not too light weighted, what I like the most definitely is its sharp edge that makes this knife very functional and practical I can even debone with it. Next week I will have a house warming party, I will be ordering another one

I love cooking and love this knife. It's comfortable to hold and the blade came in sharp. The handle is a beautiful wood grain. My husband thinks it's funny because after I used it I put it back in it's box. The box is nice and it's even to store away so no one will get hurt.

I bought this because I was looking for a kitchen knife on the cheaper side that I didn't have to baby or worry about rusting which could also be sharpened easily, but I wanted something of better quality than off-brand department store knives. This doesn't disappoint - I'm really impressed with how well it works. The stock is fairly thin with a slight distal taper toward the tip, fully flat ground, and is ground at a very steep angle, all of which make it glide very well through vegetables, fish, and meat. The steel isn't the greatest - it seems to be made of the same stuff the average swiss army knife is made of, which wouldn't be surprising - but it takes an edge extremely easily and holds it well enough for whatever prep work I have to do at any given time. It also doesn't seem prone to rust after being left in the sink, and I don't have to worry about damaging the handle by leaving it soaking in water like I would with wood-handled knives. The handle is surprisingly comfortable and fits my large-ish sized hands really well - no hot spots or blisters after extended use.

I bought this knife on a whim. Caught my eye and the price seemed fair. I've posted a pic of this knife along side my former go to Henckel knife that I have been using for more than 15 years. I've cut carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes all with ease and that was done after my wife used it to cut near frozen deer meat My wife used the knife this morning to cut deer meat for jerky. When we cut the deer meat we have to cut it partially thawed so we can get a thin slice. She loved the knife for this task. There really is nothing bad to say about this knife. It seems to be built extremely well. The shape will take a little getting used to as you can see it is quite different than the knife I normally use but I am sure it will continue to love it. I am sure this knife will be in our family for many many years.

I REALLY LIKE THIS KNIFE , IT IS VERY SHARP SO BE CAREFUL . I USED IT THE OTHER NIGHT TO SLICE A TRI-TIP AND IT JUST GLIDES THROUGH THE MEAT LIKE NOTHING , THE MEAT WAS PERFECT , NICE THIN SLICES . IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW YOU WANT IT CUT THIS IS THE KNIFE THAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB . I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A PERFECT KNIFE AND IT IS THE ONLY ONE TO SLICE THINGS IN THE KITCHEN THAT YOU WILL EVER NEED. THUMBS UP.

Being a pizza cutter, we had very high expectations about how well this can cut up pizza. So on the fateful night when pizza was on the menu - uncut pizza, I hasten to add - we were excited to embrace our latest tool in the kitchen and bring it to its moment of reckoning. And did it disappoint? It did not! The pizza was cut, and the lifetime ambition of our baby MasterClass Pizza Cutter was realised! Would we consider another tool for cutting pizza as opposed to the pizza cutter itself? Unlikely. I don't think we can handle that kind of wild left-field thinking in our kitchen. We're the kind of people that enjoy some Elton John at dinner, our water uncarbonated, and our pizzas cut with a pizza cutter. We did have a collective moment of quiet contemplation after our dinner of perfectly cut pizza was finished while we pondered what other applications a pizza cutter could potentially be used for. But such heresy is not welcome in our home, so we'll leave the pastry and dough and other unlikely scenarios to the young and imaginative. The soft grip on the cutter is nice, too.

I've been looking for a new knife and saw this on Amazon, loved the description and to hear the a tiny bit about the background of where the knives come from but as well as this I read through review after review and thought at such a competitive price and reviews like it had, I thought ' think I've found the 1 I want.' I ordered it and was so excited knowing it would arrive the following day on Prime. It arrived and was packaged beautifully. It also has a blade protector which is very useful as the knife is seriously sharp. The engineering of it is gorgeous and it's a pleasure to handle whilst preparing your ingredients and wow it'll make any amateur chef feel like a professional. Every home should have one. 5* stars . Thank you for producing such a super quality knife.

First thing this is very steady and sturdy knife which is very sharp . I wish it has small grip kinda in the wooden grip . Heavy as well the knife is . If you are a pro chef you ll definitely like it .

The aesthetics are off the charts. Very heavy, sturdy quality, will last a lifetime I'm sure. Cooking is so much more fun when you can do it with an item that is of such outstanding craftsmanship and beauty. Would make a stunning gift as well, the box is lined with red velvet. The wood handle is laminated to protect it from water and has a gold inlay of metal. It is so sharp that I have already involuntarily cut several dish sponges in the process of cleaning it which is hilarious. Hardly any physical energy needed when cutting tomatoes, that's how sharp it is. You just hold the knife against the tomato and apply a tiny bit of pressure and it just goes right through. Best and most beautiful kitchen utensil I have ever owned.
