This is a pretty decent product for the price from YCC team. The package include the manual, the usb cable, the thumbstick cover that they giving away for now and the charger itself. To be honest, they're pretty good! Not sure if they will charge faster with usb 3.0 but im feeling it. i just plug it to my fast samsung charger 3.0 and not to the ps4. After 2 weeks of using, I'm impressed, the charger feels pretty solid, fast on charging and looks good! Ha! and the last thing is they even give out thumbstick cover too. I already have one from KontrolFreak but who cares, free stuff is free!

Works great! I have it setup on external power (had one laying around). Fits both controllers well. Not a 'drop' and go connection, but I like it because I KNOW it's plugged when I get it on (which isn't hard at all!!). Similar to my PS3 controller charger been using for years! Low light on the front which is great! Only had for a few days BUT seems like it should last as long as my ps3 charger (which I am still using!)......update May 2020.... Noticed front spot wasn't charging....took a minute...but just un-plugged and re-plugged and started to work again! Don't give up on this Gem! No I don't work for them and I paid for it myself. I believe in giving credit when due!

Good charging dock

I have four controllers and needed another charging dock. This one fit the bill and was cheap. Works just like described. I have no complaints.

No hassle dual charger.

This product was much better than a dual charger I had previously. The controllers sit down in the charging bay without any issue. The one I had before was awkward to get controller plugged into, this one doesn't have that problem at all.

Great!

Had these for many months now and haven’t had a single problem. On the contrary, these were so cheap, the quality is so good, and they are really easy to use. I never have dead controllers any more. Easy to throw the controller onto this thing, and the lights clearly indicate the status, green for charged, red for charging. Excellent.

Love the horizontal set up

I love this charging dock for a few reasons. A lot of charging docks are stacked vertically but I wanted something low profile and simple looking; this was perfect in every esthetic way. I also hated having to dig the usb cable out of my entertainment stand to plug my controller in every day; charging is now as easy as setting my controller into the cradle. The indicator lights are simple and tasteful; others are tacky and overbearing.

Seller was great, fast delivery

This charger is the one I've been waiting for, it's working a lot better than the OEM pogo charger that playstation put out. I don't know about the durability of the item yet but it seems to be good

Great product.

These dual chargers work great. They have a color coded visual indicator showing when controllers are charged. One of the best benefits of these specific chargers over others we have used before is the manner in which the controllers are placed on the chargers. Prior chargers have damaged the touchpad, whereas these do not.

Charged PS4 controllers

This is a christmas gift but I wanted to test it to make sure it worked. It does work, huge relief because we've gone through a ton of cords and none are charging the controllers. I'm satisfied with the product hopefully it lasts a long time. I really like the display and sturdy base.

It works!

I had a charger that required an adapter to allow the controller to a connection via the front usb port. The idea was that the weight of the controller would ensure a good connection for charging, and putting the controller in and taking it out of the charger would be easy. In practice I wound up having to tape the adapter to the controller, (not really a deal killer, but a point off) and the controller would often go uncharged because I hadn't put in on the cradle in precisely the right way. This charger connects to the rear charging port of the controller, requires no adapters, and includes clear indicators to let you know your controllers are connected and either charging or charged. It requires a bit more attention to connect and disconnect the controller, but not having a dead controller is worth it. I would have preferred the indicator lights to be in a less obtrusive position, but I'm really happy with my purchase. Also the unit has a low profile, and a low center of gravity, so it's less likely to be knocked over by accident.
