Worked great

Easy to set up. Shocked my Golden once and he hasn't hopped on my new couch and loveseat since. He sees the white matt and automatically nopes out.

Silent and effective

We needed something to keep our cats from clawing under the door of our daughters room and ruining the carpet. We tried other mats, but they were loud and needed to be plugged in. This mat is silent, wireless, and most importantly it keeps the cats away.

Excellent for cats

We love our cats but they respect no boundaries. I had reservations about a solution that could deliver any kind of shock but was tired of them clawing holes in our sliding screen door. Both were cured on the mildest setting. Doesn't harm them, just startles. Already worth every penny paid. If they "forget" I can remind them with audible warning setting, alone. Now on to kitchen counter food prep surfaces. I applied painter's tape on the non-conductive ends because the pad slides easily on slick surfaces. 16x30 inch was perfect for our needs. After researching others, this one was the simplest, easiest and most affordable I found.

Works well and doesn’t hurt the fur babies!

We bought two of these to help keep the dogs from going behind the couch to do their business. It worked so well that we only had to use the static setting for 4 days and now only use the tone setting! It didn’t hurt them at all, mostly startled them. We also use one to keep the cats off of the counters. Works like a charm.

great investment

After trying the spray deterrent and other brand mat, i finally stumbled on this DOG CARE pet shock mat! Tried the Scat spray,which worked for awhile, then my cats weren't scared of it anymore. Other brand mat just went broken....But this one different!! It seems of high quailty and the material is good. One jump and one slight shock then the cats have not scratch my door again. Cost-effective and it is a great investment.

Great product

I have tried multiple shock mats, and this one is by far my favorite. It has a number of different settings and is very effective in keeping my pets away from areas I don't want them to be. I liked it so much I bought three!

Excellent training mat.

Helped maintain peace in our home

Our cat was throwing himself against our bedroom door in an effort to wake us up to be fed early in the AM. This mat keeps him away from our door and does the trick. He is so well trained now that he doesn't even go near it even when it's turned off. Great product !

Best $40 I ever spent.

We tried hiding everything, put tape on the counters sticky side up, and scaring him when caught but it did not stop our young cat from getting up on the counters. He would even tear through aluminum foil or plastic sandwich bags to get food from the counters. ONE TIME is all it took to teach him to stay off. He was not hurt at all but was so surprised by the pad, he doesn't even attempt to get on the counter anymore. THANK YOU !!!
