Great Product at a Great Price

The DOZYANT 12 foot natural gas or LPG hose is an excellent product. I was very impressed with the quick connector included as part of the product. We needed a longer hose and approached our local LPG distributor about purchasing one. Their price was so much higher than this hose and didn’t include the quick release connector. The quality of thisnhose was truly impressive for the price we paid. I installed it and we immediately tried it out with some nice steaks on the grill. Of course I did the required leak checks before using it. Great product at a very good price. We would buy it again!

Turned into an extension hose

With the addition of a fitting from my local hardware store(3/8-IN FLR x 3/8-IN MIP) I now have a 12 foot extension hose that allows me to use my natural gas grill under better cover when the weather gets foul but the plans are already made. Works great!

Great gas line!

Bought this to convert my gas grill from LP gas to Natural gas. Worked perfectly and the quick connect works very good plus the heavy yellow rubber caps for both the male and female connectors to keep them closed so np dirt or debris can get into the hose was a big plus. Very good product.

I looked everywhere for this item. I even tried to get it from our gas provider, but they wanted our first born to make one. I wasn't willing to give up my only son. Then I searched on Amazon and there it was, and at a reasonable price. It's long enough to move around some and even comes with a handy adapter if needed. I'm using it for my outdoor stand-up heater and it's great. Thanks.

This is a review of the DOZYANT 12 Feet Natural Gas and Propane Gas Hose Assembly for Low Pressure Appliance -3/8 Female Pipe Thread x 3/8 Male Flare Quick Connect Disconnect - CSA Certified. I recently converted my Weber E210 Spirit LP gas grill to Natural Gas. It required purchasing a third party conversion kit for swapping out the orifices in the grill, swapping out the regulator and adding this quick disconnect hose. Checking prices for said hose at the Big Box Home Stores resulted in prices that were nearly twice as expensive as this hose. I'm happy with the quality of this hose and fittings. I've had it connected to my grill for a few weeks now and have used the quick disconnect fitting numerous times. It's all working perfectly in spite of being in blistering hot mid-90 degree weather in full sun. The hose is flexible (at least in warm conditions.) Very happy with my purchase and will update my review if necessary.

Great grill gas conversion hose with quick connect

This is perfect for converting a propane grill to natural gas. The hose fits perfect where you remove the propane hose from under the grill. Then you connect the quick connect it comes with to your gas pipe. I had a 1/2 inch black iron pipe so I bought a 1/2 x 3/8 reducing coupling and a 3/8 short nipple to connect the 3/8 inch quick connect (see picture). This is half of what it cost at Lowe's and the quality seems great. Make sure your grill has the natural gas orifices and can be converted. My grill came with them and the instructions to convert it. The other great thing is I am going to buy another one of these and one of the gas patio heaters and then I can easily switch between the grill and the heater using the quick connect feature. Remember to install the quick connect horizontal if it won't be in a covered area so water can't go down in it and freeze. Mine will be inside the grill cabinet so I left it vertical.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy

The symptom of my problem was that my natural gas grill would not ignite. After investigation I discovered the bearings in the quick disconnected had rotted away and would no longer hold the hose connector properly. The bearings had apparently rusted. The quick disconnect fitting is designed to shut off the gas if there is not a tight connection. So I replaced natural gas connections on my weber genesis sliver C with the DozyAnt kit. The 3/8" flare nut that was crimped onto the hose connected to the valve manifold without exception. The quick disconnect fitting attached to a 3/8" npt nipple equally easily. Plugged the hose fitting into the quick disconnect and I was back grilling. A little teflon pipe dope, a little cleanup and everything was as original installation. Even the delivery was quick. Look at your old Weber grill hose. If the hose is imprinted with markings indicating 3/8" then this will likely work for you as it did for me.

Durable, good quality.

The hose is heavy duty and good quality, just need to visit the local hardware store to buy the adapter to connect to the stove. But this is expected. My suggestion is to bring the hose to the store so they can find you a fitting to fit to your appliance.

Rugged Durable Performance

I've had the Dozyant hose connected to my gas grill for over 5 years and it has remained durable and reliable through all outdoor conditions. I recently relocated my grill and during the process I cleaned the outside of the hose that had become coated with dirt and debris and discovered that it had maintained its flexibility with no brittleness and the cleaning made it look brand new. Additionally, the quick connect coupling is durable and continues to function without difficulty with absolutely no maintenance.

not your standard 3/8 grill connector

this was easy to install, looks durable, portable, did not leak, came with necessary adapter. Note this is not your standard 3/8 quick connect that typically comes with a gas grill. this is 1/2 inch and comes with all the parts you need even if you have 3/8 inch. I needed the high capacity because of the number of burners and was glad to find the half inch quick connect.
