I purchased this coffee maker for my new house because I got it for about $50. It was a steal compared to the Keurigs I was accustomed to. I wanted my coffee to be a stupidly simple machine, and thats exactly what this is. It doesnt whip your drinks, it doesnt froth the milk into a perfect cappuccino, it only brews single cup coffees. And its perfect. There are less buttons than i can count on my hand. Bold brew, regular brew, and change cup size. It doesn’t even have an on/off switch. It does brew a little slowly, so learn to set it up and then go brush your teeth (my thing). If you want an efficient coffee maker without paying for all the extra add ons, then this is it. Never run out of k-cups again!

Connection to the WiFi network was fast and easy even though the kitchen is the furthest location from my WiFi router. The iOS AMAP based app is very easy to use and navigate. Amazon DRS was also easy to configure. No issues during or after FlexBrew on-boarding. Overall, the user experience was excellent. Finally, the coffee it makes is very good. It doesn’t have a tank like the Keurig it replaces, but it will brew a cup in about 3 minutes and is more energy efficient. It will also brew a small pot of coffee, which is something the Keurig doesn’t do. Overall a versatile product with an excellent user experience.

The coffee basket is difficult to empty after using

Makes great coffee and hot chocolate, don't use the Keurig feature much as I prefer my coffee brand, plus it is much cheaper than the Keurig pods. I do wish the serving sizes were 8, 12 and 16, but that's just me. As to the coffee basket, if you tap it remove the grounds the top can fly off and I'm concerned the hinge will break off.

High quality product

This is a high-quality product which works excellent on k-cup and ground coffee. very easy to clean and in a compact size. The quality of ground coffee brewing surprised me. I recommend this product

Innovative product. Saves me time.

This is a great all around coffee maker. I like that I can use it with K-cups or ground coffee (I had a pound of special coffee I got at Peets). Amazon Dash is a time saver though. I had a Nespresso and always forgot to order more. It was a pain to order 50 at a time with Nespresso. With this, I can get packs of 16 regularly without worrying about it. Smart.

Works as good as Keurig machine as far as I'm concerned

In happy with this unit although I don't see the use of the Bluetooth connection really.. when I get low on coffee it's pretty easy to order new coffee myself. It would be nice however if the Bluetooth connectivity allowed you to put the coffee machine on a timer

Still getting used to it, but, overall...

I have to say that I'm used to a Keurig, but this is nice. I did try the auto reorder feature, but it didn't work out. I received my coffee pot on Thursday and I received the coffee pods for replacement on Sunday. I think that maybe I can't drink that much coffee in that short of a time. I'm also not used to waiting so long for the coffee to brew. They say, it takes about 3 minutes. Now, I get up, go put my pod in and then start getting ready. It's an adjustment, but the coffee is good. I like that I can choose regular or bold. I turned off the auto renew because I don't drink enough coffee for that feature.
