Buy This Suitcase: Holds a Ton
Perfect carry-on size. Seems like it floats rather than rolls. Stting a Newark Airport right now and here is what is packed in my suitcase: 2 pairs dress slacks, 1 Pear Jeans, 3 dress shirts, 4 ea. t-shirts, socks and boxers, golf shirt, shaving kit + electric beard trimmer, 1 pair dress shoes, 1 Pair Vans. Cpap Machine w/mask, a book and a Northface jacket. And it ain't stuffed. You could by 4 of these and two White Russians at the airport and still not have paid for 1 similar AWAY brand bag. NOT ME. Cheers.

Tough, light weight, a great product which will likely last a long time!
This was a very good purchase, the product has now been on 2 trips without a mark on it! I was surprised at the interior pockets and enclosures as there was very little description of them, truly helpful to keep things where they belong but also allows quick access for items I would normally carry in pockets through security....a great travelling companion! It's tough, fits on most plane overhead bins, roll like its on ice, has a nice locking system and looks very good......the wide range of colors makes it easy to pick out too!

Great luggage
I have only taken this on one trip so far (Mexico). It held up well, I walked at least a couple miles with it and it rolls great. Through streets, airports, on ferries and shuttles. The luggage packs well. The compartments and straps do their job really well. The laundry bag (or maybe its a shoe bag) came in handy. The wheels roll nicely. It looks nice and had adequate protection. The handle has 3 heights to use. At the tallest handle height, the handle is a bit flimsy. I didn't let that stop me from using it because I wanted to make sure it was durable enough for longer trips. It held up fine, but the handles could be improved on newer models (hopefully). They work fine, just feel flimsy. I got the grey color with the TSA lock and I like it a lot. It looks like it cost a lot more than $60. The TSA lock works well and is easy to use. It gives you a little more ease when leaving at a hotel for the day.

Love it
I wanted to try one of these for a while before I mustered up the courage to place an order. I had balked at the non-premium model for its lack of polycarbonate material, but this model overcame that objection. I've had mine for several months and have traveled by air at least twice since. It's great! I love how light it is, how easily it rolls on all four wheels or just two. Frankly, I think it looks great too. My son now has a similar product from Samsonite, so I've taken note of the similarities and differences by direct comparison. The Samsonite seems a bit sturdier to me, especially at the extension handle. The Amazon Basics has a bit of extra play in that handle when fully extended. Otherwise they're pretty comparable products so far as I can tell. I love it!

Buy this luggage, you won't be disappointed!
We went to LA with this luggage, and it was great! First off, if you are checking a bag that weighs (with its contents) more than 50 lbs you pay extra. Well, I had to pay extra, which was fine because this bag was big enough for all my stuff that I was taking...so YAY! Next thing, since it was so heavy, of course I was rolling the bag along side of me...I made the comment to my fellow passenger, "whomever's brainchild it was to put these types of wheels on luggage was genius!" Last thing that I loved about the luggage, it is worth the extra money to buy the secure luggage...I loved being able to lock it and had peace of mind knowing that only TSA could unlock it...which they did on our return flight (I had jars of liquid sauces that I bought)...along with all my other stuff and the luggage made the trip well and my jars of sauces did not break, so Yeah, I am happy with my purchase!

Luggage with High Utility
We have both the 20" and 24" bags. They are excellent quality for price. The polycarbonate shell, handles and zippers are well designed and are holding up to baggage handler abuse. The interior of the bag has a good quality lining and there are multiple storage pouches and dividers, which you can chose to use or not, but they are functional. These bags have the expansion zipper, which is not available several of the competing bags. Like all the new spinner type luggage, the wheels are out where they can get damaged. We like the bags a lot. There are better bags with finer materials and construction, but they cost many times more than these bags. After all, It is luggage and, cheap or luxury, it is going to get beat up. So far we haven't had a problem. What we did do was buy the extended warranty (less than $5 per bag) that takes the warranty to 4 years, has no deductible and provides free shipping in both directions. I don't normally buy extended warranties, but warranting luggage seems like bad business for the insurer and thus good business for me. The insurer is Allstate Insurance.

Wish the lock feature didn't use hyroglifics....
So the suitcase is great! The wheels move well and there is tons of space and compartments. After unboxing the suitcase I was eager to open it. I took to Amazon to figure out how and learned how to set the lock and open it. 000 will open it, push the button in and set a code and boom, push the lock. Worked like a charm. I couldn't figure out the hyroglifics, but managed to come up with the brilliant idea to use them to spell the word mom to make. Picture attached. It is honestly so weird the company doesn't use letters or numbers for the lock. I don't know why they would use symbols like a snake, mountain, circle with a squiggle on top, circle with a squiggle on bottom, intertwined rings, horizon, square, race track, upside down triangle with handle. I mean realistically it could make it harder for a thief to get into the case to guess your hyroglific code instead of your average everyday codes but I'd never remember mountain, squiggle on bottom and triangle with a handle. So I used the race track, square, race track to for the word mom. It will have to do for now. But seriously.. Great suitcase for the price. And yes I know the code is numbers, but I didn't realize it until hours later when I saw the suitcase sideways after contemplating the symbols and how to make it work for a good 15 minutes. Don't judge me. I'm judging you and how easy you got it, Kay?

Nice! Lock feature needs instructions.
The “Green” is a bit darker than the photo. It’s more of a dark hunter green rathee than a grass green. This is a nice carry on for the price. I haven’t used it yet, so will update review after several uses and see how it holds up. I was able to fit a nice amount of clothing in it, including two light coats inside. It has an expandable zipper, so could probably hold a bit more. LOCKING FEATURE: Mine arrived locked. No instructions were included to set the lock, so here’s how to set it (for those of you who may be confused like I initially was): It should have arrived locked with the combo 000. To unlock, slide the shackle (to the right of the metal zipper handles) to the right. Next, use a paper clip or other small tool (in my case I used the end of a headphone jack), to press down the small black square (to the right of the numbers). While holding the black square down, set your new number combo by scrolling to whatever three digit combo you choose. Then, release the square. Your combo should now work. I tested it by setting it back to 000, and it will now only unlock when I scroll to my combo. Seems simple, but sometimes it can be confusing to try to set a lock without instruction. Hope this helps.

Well made, roomy with convenient and useful dividers/pockets
I used this for a 4 night trip and was very pleased. I used it as a carry on and it fit easily in the overhead compartment of the airliner. The 4 wheel caster design worked well and made it possible to pull it behind me or have it at my side while walking. The telescoping handle has 3 extended length positions and the case itself has to very usable well-placed handles which made it easy to carry and also to lift it to place it in the overhead compartment. I can't speak to how this item would hold up as stowed baggage; but I imagine quite well. Great bang for your buck.

The pockets were very useful as well
This suitcase did the trick! I needed to buy a new carry on to avoid checking a bag while flying for a business trip. This had ample room for 5 full outfits, two pairs of flats, a pair of pumps and heeled sandals, and a couple of other small necessities. Not a whole lot of extra room for additions, but I wasn’t planning on doing a whole lot of shopping anyway. The pockets were very useful as well! This suitcase with a larger laptop bag and small crossbody was all I needed. It moved nicely for the most part. Just a little too heavy with the laptop bag on top.
