Don't soak it too long

I've been looking for a small size, and this package has two of them. The first one turned into a hot plastic blob when I took it out of the water after 20 seconds. The second one I left in for 10 seconds and it worked out okay. I think the plastic/material is softer than the other brands I've tried, but because of that I get a much better fit.

Best Ones I've Tried Yet

I struggle every night not to clench my jaw and this so far is the most comfortable and most durable mouth guard I've tried. I clench so hard that often times I can destroy a new guard in a single night and this is holding up very well. It is a little thicker than I'd like it to be, but I'm sure it's to my benefit & it's no uncomfortable. I will be ordering again when it's time to get more. I'm fortunate enough to have a small mouth so I can ware both sizes and trim accordingly. For me this an incredible buy. If you have a larger mouth you'll only be able to use one of the sizes but it does come with 2 of each.

My dentist tried to get me to purchase a $600 mouth guard for clinching at night. HA! I actually ordered this one right in her office after reading some reviews. Molding it to your mouth is not that hard as long as you read the instructions. My goodness what a difference this thing makes. I used to wake up with headaches every other morning but since I have been wearing this, not one headache. My neck no longer hurts. Once you get used to it, it is very comfortable. BONUS!!!! IT HAS ALL BUT ELIMINATED MY SNORING! I snore like a bear, but since I have been wearing this at night, my fiance says she has to check to make sure I am still alive. No more snoring. This thing is amazing.

Thermolabile dental guards

This standard mouthguard is made of solid silicone, when heated takes the desired shape. After cooling, the mouthguard becomes firm, preserving the imprints of teeth and the position of the jaw. During sleep this keeps the jaw from shifting back to the pharynx. The whole process takes about 30 minutes. Good decision.

freshness is felt

After sleeping (or for example if I put it on for a few hours a day) I rinse the mouth guard for clenching with cool water from the tap and put it in the cover. Before going to bed, I clean it with a toothbrush and paste. So it's even more pleasant to put on, freshness is felt. But it is important to use ordinary toothpaste, and not abrasive (this is with such hard particles inside), otherwise you can easily scratch the silicone. Makes my life easier.

Perfect for teeth grinding at night!

I used a slightly different molding method; I placed the mold in a glass bowl, and poured boiling water over it, let it sit for 40s and then molded it to my teeth. Easy, effective, and makes such a difference!!!!

Bitter taste once you take it out the mouth/ Can be used as bite block method for overbite issues

What I did not like was the after taste after having it in my mouth overnight. It taste so bitter that I was disgusted and had to brush my teeth immediately. Perhaps they can create one with a mint flavor instead but overall I was impressed. Not intended for braces but if you cut the wings after molding your entire top row of mouth. You can use the wings as a bite block to prevent your teeth from contacting the braces brackets or bottom row teeth that makes contact(which can be annoying). I have a overbite so it comes in handy.

Great quality and price

I have been clinching my jaw and grinding my teeth during sleep for quite some time now, and these have changed everything! The instructions are easy to read and follow, they are very comfortable to sleep in and fit nicely. You have to be careful and attentive when placing them into the hot water when molding. It literally doesn't take 10 seconds for the product to soften and lose shape, and also want to stick to the sides of your pot. Highly recommend for anyone needing a good dental guard but doesn't want to spend a ton for one at the dentist.
