We love our Jiobit!

We’ve used this product for over a year and it has been a blessing in our lives in many ways. We had an incident not long ago where my child left the house when he was with a babysitter and when the sitter called to tell me, I was able to use live tracking to tell her exactly where he had wandered off. I can’t imagine the fear I would have felt had I not had a Jiobit with him. On another occasion, the roads were icy and the school bus was late dropping off my child and I was able to check the app to see that my child was still riding safely on the bus and not stuck in a ditch like many of the cars in town were that afternoon. This is also a tough little tracker and has survived everything our kids have thrown at it. Our Jiobit has been through the wash, tied to shoes and kicked off swing sets and still works perfectly!

Small, tough, great product, fantastic customer service

We live in small town South Dakota. My son has Down syndrome and has a tendency to wander. I got the Jiobit specifically because we ate headed to Dallas for a convention and was terrified he would wander off in the crowds and be lost. I felt so much better and was much more relaxed knowing I would be able to track him. We now use it everyday so I can track to make sure he gets on and off the bus and to daycare after school. I don't have to worry that he's not getting to where he needs to be. Recently we need to use customer service and what a great group these people are. Quick, responsive, helpful. Some of the best online customer service I've ever had. Highly recommend this company.

Keeps my son with autism safe!

The Jiobit has been life changing for my family! We have a son with severe autism who is an escape artist. It alerts me when he leaves any designated area I set and then I can use it to track him and find him safely and quickly! It attaches very securely to his belt loop. Most of the time he doesn't even notice it is there. We love Jiobit!!!!

Great product. Small, Secure and Easy to use

I have been looking for a product to have my son wear when he rides his bike to school. I did a lot of research and it was between Jiobit and the Verizon GizmoWatch. I went with Jiobit because of how small it was compared to the watch and because it was easier to keep it on him. The jiobit comes with attachment options within the box which was great because I got to test which one would work best to keep it on my son. I also really appreciate the fact that the company takes child data security seriously. I looked into their approach on security and really wish other companies would take it as seriously as they do. It didn’t take me long to get the Jiobit registered with their android app. It was pretty simple to setup Trusted Places like our house and my parents house. One thing that was really cool is allowing my parents to be guardians in the app so they can also keep track of him. When he is with anyone who has the app as a guardian it says their name which is really nice. Definitely 5 stars for me.

Amazing piece of mind!

I have twin girls and this device has been an amazing piece of mind for me and my wife. It's small enough to be mostly hidden, has pretty good battery life, and the tracking is accurate. You can setup zones in areas the kids spend time in (i.e. school, your house, grandmas house, etc) and when they leave the zone you are alerted within a minute. Very handy for making sure they are safe at school on premises and haven't left with anyone. The app is pretty easy to use as well, and looks just like a google map feed. They even have a bread crumb type trail where you can see all the points your child has travelled within a day. I'd suspect this would be helpful in keeping track of older kids and making sure they are not going places they shouldn't. The monthly fee is affordable in my opinion based on the service that you get. Overall I'd recommend this device to anyone that has kids and wants to know they have a fighting chance of finding their child if they get snatched up instead of being completely in the dark.
