Great Price and easy-to-use !

This is my second time purchasing Ezviz's security camera. I wasn't expecting super-quality as the price is kinda cheap. However, I would say it was far beyond my expectation for that price. It contains the screw kits so that I could mount it on the wall tho I haven't tried it because I self made a holder. The set-up is much easier than previous one. All you have to do is to plug in the power, download the Ezviz app, log-in with your user name and password, then follow the manual (need the WiFi). The camera itself is much improved than the previous one that I bought. It can rotate in 360 angles to capture the whole room. It was also motion-detection and automatically rotates based on the real-time location of the moving object. You can adjust the image resolution easily. other functions include Pan-tile, build-in speaker, snapshot, etc. I haven't gotten too deep into this camera but definitely like it at first glance., for that price!

My "go to" system cameras

I have 6 of the Ezviz cameras running. They are without a doubt (after 3 years of using them) are seriously the most trouble free, reliable and easiest cameras on the market (that I have tried) to set up and operate. The have even gotten better at setup which I didn't think was possible. I want to buy another one just to watch is set itself up!.. I have the cloud service on one main cam but it's a little pricey at almost $60 a year, I just use Micro SD cards in the other cams. Oh and unlike Blink cams that can not see through glass, these DO, I have them in windows to alert me to movement around the outside also. Nothing bad to say about them.

Great camera, awesome company/support

I originally ordered a clone of this camera (for nearly the same price) from Annke, and thought it was going to be great. They advertised all the features I wanted, including IFTTT. Turns out after getting the camera, IFTTT was not supported. During that process though, I saw that they were using ezviz for the ifttt service, at which point I realized EZVIZ is the actual company behind this. I replaced the camera with this EZVIZ one, and have been super happy ever since. The camera itself is awesome and easy to use. Their customer support is top notch, AND THEY HAVE A NORTH AMERICAN TECH SUPPORT LINE! (nearly unheard of with this chinese cameras). IFTTT is fully supported and works very well. The camera/app have a few quirks and oddities, but they could definitely be fixed via firmware/app updates. For example, the 360 degree picture works, but only takes the picture when the camera is faced all the way down. Usually people would want this to be at a higher angle. In my case, I hung the camera from the ceiling, so most of the 360* picture is of the ceiling instead of pointed down where people might be. Either way, the oddities are not a reason to not buy the camera. I'd honestly buy another since my experience has been so good (not sure where to put it though). Highly recommend this for anyone looking for home/condo security, or even a baby monitor (it'd be great for that too with it's motion/sound activation).

Amazing product and astonishing customer service-if only I could give 7 stars!

Love how easy this device was to set up! Clear picture, easy to use and awesome features. I had an issue with setting the motion detection and tracking so I emailed their customer support and they responded within 24 hours. They helped me understand what I was doing wrong with the motion tracking setting, but on the other issue they indicating it was a new issue. They asked for the unit Serial Number, app version and if I was having the same problem on wifi and 4g. The next day I got an alert message for motion on my phone and when I checked in the app the motion area problem was gone! You cannot go wrong with this little device or the company. I have already recommended to friends and will purchase another one in the near future.

Work great with a sharp picture

The product was easy to install and works perfectly. I especially like the ability to move the camera from my iPhone, so that I can see the entire room. I have set the EZVIZ Dome camera on the shelf and can view the complete room. An extra feature is the ability to move the unit to another room if you want to review activity in a new location. The pictuure is sharp and is clear in low light.

Excellent camera with lots of features for the price point

I've used this style of camera from several different brands over the years... this is by FAR the best. The quality of the image is great HD. The night vision is clear and easy to see with. The build quality of the camera is great. No loose parts or things sticking out that could easily break. The look is sleek and simple so it blends in rather than calling attention to itself. It moves quietly and quickly. For the $50 price it offers quite a lot of features. Privacy mode, 2-way audio built in rather than an add on plugin. Motion tracking and alerts. Setting up the camera was very simple via the Android app, and it was also very simple to download the pc software and attach the camera to that. Took a total of maybe 5 minutes to be up and running. I also have Google Home and integrating it with the Google Assistant was very simple, though there is only one command you can execute at this time (toggle privacy mode on/off). Having the ability to use an onboard sd card for storage is also a great feature. After nearly 2 week with this camera I haven't found anything negative so far. My only comment is that the title indicates zoom... this is partially misleading. You can zoom in via a button in the app, but it isn't zooming the feed, it is simply enlarging the image on your screen. So while you can zoom in, it is only zooming the image, not the actual camera. Not really a negative, just a caveat that isn't made very clear in the description.

THE MOST AMAZING SURVEILLANCE INDOOR CAM 360 DEGREES

I really recommend this cam. It was very easy to set it up. Even the price is economic the cam has the high quality that we can find in comparisson with the others cams with higher prices. The cam helps to follow any movement in 360 degrees. The cam moves automactly following the movement when it detects in mode surveillance. If you have babies or pets this function is really helpfull. Other thing that if your want privacy you can turn on the privacy option and the cam will leave to transmit. I am very satisfied with the EZVIZ products and I am thinking to but new cams to install them in my mom house for surveillance. I higlhly recommend this cam to buy and replace for the oldest model and brands.

I love this camera! It does everything we wanted it to. Grandpa is in assisted living and we can watch him day and night. We can even talk to him and remind him to stay in bed or tell him that will be late for a visit. the sound that I hear on my smartphone is the greatest quality , he hears in his room is perfect. I love that we can watch him and I love that the staff know that we can be watching them day or night. One feature that I wish was different is that that app cannot be open with any others on my phone. I've thought about having a separate phone just as the monitor for the camera. It is worth every penny!! I bought my second one just today!!

Really like the automatic tracking

I have two of EZVIZ's stationary WiFi cameras and wanted to give a pan/tilt a try. I really like the auto-tracking feature -- it follows motion throughout the viewing area. I've attached pics for an idea of how the video looks on your phone. Super-easy set-up and operation. Really nice. Thank you!

Better picture!!!

We use this camera to check on our cats & dogs when we are not home. We also own the previous 360 plus model and recently upgraded to the 1080p model. We like that both cameras have two way audio and a quality picture! Night vision is a plus too! It fits in the palm of my hand. We like that it is smaller in size & doesn’t take up much room. It can be mounted or placed on a stand. We recommend upgrading to the newest model for a better picture.
