light and velcroed pads are easy to use

I have received this product earlier than expected. So far, I am loving it. First of all, it is very light even for women and easy to use; the velcroed pads are super-convenient. The weight is important because we use Dyson for vacuum and it is quite heavy for women to hold it for a while. Also this seems very safe and practical. The only thing I wish there was on this mop is to have a power button, so that we can manually power on/off.

Simple, effective, and affordable!

This mop is perfect for cleaning behind a cat, a toddler, and a husband who forgets to remove his shoes at the door! I use it on ceramic tile, laminate, and luxury vinyl floors and it does a fantastic job on all surfaces. I’m planning to order the carpet attachment for spot cleaning, especially since we came from vacation and the cat had vomited the treats the pet sitter gave him all over the rug!

Light weight, efficient and great value

My previous Shark steam mop broke. Instead of shedding another hundred bucks, I decided to give this one a try because it was very affordable. What an excellent decision that was :) This mop is super light weight and very easy to put together. It produces steam in seconds. It takes off stains in my kitchen floor without much efforts. The pad stays on securely and easy to clean. It doesn’t leave mop streaks like traditional mop. The handle also feels strong. Definitely bang for the buck! Highly recommended.

What an amazing and affordable device!

The Light n Easy steam mop I purchased is one amazing product. I tried it out on my linoleum bathroom floors. It was very light and easy to use; just add water, plug it in and start damp mopping. It really cleans the floors surprisingly well. In fact, I had been clean the bathroom floors weekly using either my Joy Mangano Miracle Mop® or my Swiffer® Sweeper Wet Cleaner. Both do a good job in my view. As a result, I was not expecting the Steam Mop to pick up too much additional dirt but I was totally wrong. The Steam Mop pad was totally covered with grime and it left my floors feeling squeaky clean. What an amazing and affordable device!

Very Good and Affordable Mop for Luxury Vinyl Tile.

This is a very good steam mop for the price. The product does live up to its name as light and easy. The assembly was very easy. The handle will have a little back-and-forth give to it as that is used for pumping (don’t think of it as it needs to be tightened more when you first take it out of the box). The microfiber pad almost feels like a terry cloth, but it works very well and is not abrasive. The small amount of water you put in the mop goes quite far. We have luxury vinyl tile and our installer said to get a steam mop to clean it and this one is the right one. It is not too powerful like some of the more expensive units, but you do not really need that for LVT. Just do not leave on the vinyl tile with it running or you can potentially melt the tile. It will pick up the dust rather nicely in one easy motion. The long cord is very helpful, the only negative I can say is that I wish it had an on/off switch.

Half The Price Of Other Leading Brands

My daughter has a popular name brand floor steam cleaner that she paid over $100 for. Her tile floors always look amazing with no streaks, so I looked into getting one, but didn't want to pay that much for "a mop". After doing research on pretty much all brands, I decided to try the Light n Easy for about half the price of all other leading popular brands. Since the product is Prime eligible, I thought I would have nothing to lose if it didn't work out. The mop was easy to assemble with a few snaps of the handle. The water tank is a generous size, and the mop head is raised microfiber. There are four velcro strips that hold the mop head on strong. The best part of the unit is the very very long cord. As with a vacuum, nothing is more annoying than having to continually unplug a cord to move around a large room. The mop heats up quickly, and with a few pumps of the handle to get the water flowing, it's ready to go. I mopped the 1,400 square feet of my tile floors in less than half the time it took with a traditional mop and bucket. No dirty water to change out or toss. My tile was clean and had no streaks. Long story short: This is a well designed and power-packed steamer mop. It's simple to assemble and use. The water tank is easy to fill and holds enough water to adequately clean. It produces good, even steam and doesn't spit water onto the floor. Floors dry quickly and streak free.

Best purchase I made all holiday season!

Short and simple, this thing will surprise you! My feet were getting dirty just by walking around the house despite me sweeping and mopping. I always felt like my floors were still dirty after cleaning them. I talked to my friend, more like complained in general conversation, and they said they deal with the issue by using their steam mop thing. They swore that it would work and I wouldn't look back. Sure, ok, whatever. Fast forward a few months and here we are staring at the holidays. Family is coming and I've had enough. I remember my friends conversation and thought, why not? So, I order this Light and Easy Steam Cleaner because it wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest. I get this thing this morning and I'm surprised at how small the box is. I'm hoping I didn't screw up and waste my money on something that is cheap. I get it open and put it together. I feel better because it just came in pieces. Everything feels solid enough. Put water in the thing and plugged it in. I pumped the handle a few times and sure enough, it's steaming up. It feels a little harder than I expected to push and pull the thing but I got the hang of it pretty quick. Once I realized that the pumping action to make the thing produce steam, I was hooked. I'm like, I'm gonna clean this kitchen floor and went after it pretty good. I cleaned that whole floor and I could tell it was working. I stopped after cleaning my kitchen and took that picture. Jesus Christ on a cracker! I friggin cleaned that floor 2 DAYS AGO!! Needless to say, my entire house is getting this treatment just as soon as I finish writing this! TL:DR; - House is gross. Floors never seem clean. Bought this thing and wondering WTF. Cleaned the floor, it's DRY and IT'S STILL SHINY! Would buy this thing again if it broke!

Easy to use, and cleans great!

I've had a few other steam mops over the years. My last steam mop just broke, and I needed to order a new one. This mop is a great price, and so far, I can tell you it's super easy to use and works great. I have a 1,200 square foot home with all hard floors (tile and wood). I was a little concerned that you have to pump the mop to get it to start steaming (I thought it might be a pain to do). Turns out, the pump requirement does not make it any more work than any other steam mop. I plugged it in for a couple of minutes, pumped it a handful of times (very easy), and started steam mopping. The amount of steam that comes out seems just right (enough to clean the floors well, not so much that your floors are super wet and need a long time to dry). The floors dried fast and are very clean. You do not have to worry about continued pumping of the handle because it does that on its own (it naturally pumps by the movement of the mop across the floor). I'm very happy with this purchase, and it was a great price.

Cleans Porcelain and Granite Tile

I purchased this steam mop after using a similar product, a Bissell brand, at a vacation rental. I purchased the LIGHT N EASY Steam Cleaner Steamer Mop after reading the many positive reviews. The other factors that led to my decision was that it has a longer power cord and the water chamber is not detachable. I thought the seal on the other model's water chamber might eventually start to leak. On the day the steamer mop arrived, I used it on the porcelain tile in the kitchen/breakfast room, a half bath bath, and all the traffic areas in the living room. I had purchased 6 extra cleaner cloths, and I changed out the cloth about every 100 square feet. I just didn't want to be trying to clean using a dirty cloth. I also used distilled water. We enter the house mainly through the back door, which is located between the kitchen and breakfast room. This is probably where the floor collects the most dirt. I had to go over this area a few times, but afterward, a white damp cloth rubbed over this part of the floor showed no residual dirt. Therefore, I feel the steamer mop did a fine job. The porcelain looked a little dull after I cleaned it. I realized that probably the floor cleaners I used in the past left a film, which also made it kind of slippery. What I was seeing was actually "clean" porcelain tile. My boys mentioned that they didn't feel like they were going to slip anymore in their stocking feet. This is a good thing. There is a granite floor in the front entry. My main problem with this floor is that it streaks using a mop, Swiffer cleaner and electric floor cleaner. The only way I could keep it from streaking was immediately drying it with a towel after mopping. The Light N Easy Steam Cleaner mop did not leave any streaks-- YAY! Today, I cleaned the old vinyl bathroom floor upstairs. This vinyl is textured and the steamer did not do as good a job on it by itself. It didn't get into the deep texture. So, I squirted a little organic spray cleaner on the floor and went back over it with the steamer. That took care of the problem. Overall 5 stars!
