Soft Caramels With Sea Salt Crystals That Taste Amazing- Great For Gifting

Tara’s sea salt caramels are delicious with an excellent texture. These caramels are sweet, of course, and have noticeable sea salt crystals in every bite. For me, these are the perfect balance of sweet and salt. These are sweet so a serving of 3 is satisfying and 130 calories isn’t a huge diet blow. These are slightly chewy, but are softer, smoother and creamier than most caramels I’ve tried. These remind me a bit of the texture of See’s scotch kisses, though denser as there’s no marshmallow. These don’t get stuck in my teeth or aggravate my TMJ disorder. Tara’s caramels taste so good and fresh like they’re homemade, so I bought a number of the smaller 11.5 oz containers to combine with gift cards for friends and coworkers at the holidays. There’s a lot of great candy and food floating around this time of year, but these are special and I think others will enjoy them as much as I do. The small size container is nice as it doesn’t take much space to leave out on a night stand or table for visitors or savoring a few while reading or watching tv. I haven’t counted, but each container has 9 servings of 3 pieces, so my estimate is about 27 caramels. Each caramel is individually wrapped and also in a screw top plastic container, so they stay fresh and soft and don’t have to be eaten right away. These are candy so they aren’t health food, but they don’t have artificial flavors, dyes or chemicals. These are made of corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, invert sugar, butter, brown sugar, sugar, natural flavor, sea salt and soy lecithin. These are gluten free but have milk and soy. Tara’s caramels are high quality and so delicious. Love this candy. 5 stars.

Soft and delicious

This were great, but rich, snacks. I advise chilling them for a bit before eating them -they're very soft and become gooey quite quickly in anything resembling room temperature or higher.

These things...*wrapper crinkle*....are so delicious! I seriously have a.....*wrapper crinkle*.....hard time not eating more than one *wrapper crinkle* or two at a time. Ok, for real though, these caramels are top notch! You will need to put them in a cabinet you don't open often so you don't finish them off right away. I dare you to try one and not be hooked!

Dangerously delicious

I ordered these on a whim. They are so soft, rich and delicious. The perfect blend of sweet and salty. I'm happy they showed up in my search.

If I get really fat eating these it'll be worth it

Better bang for the buck compared to another Amazon selling brand I really like. LOVE salted caramel and can't stop at one of these... or two...

OMG are these good!

I got the sea salt and it's the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I even get a tiny little crunch of salt in every bite. Maybe I notice it more because I don't eat much heavily salted foods, but I thought it was just right. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat other caramels again. It's soft, but not too sticky and the caramel flavor is very good. I have a lot of food allergies, so chocolate and fruit and nut flavors are pretty much a no go for me, so to find great caramel in assorted flavors is very nice!
