Direct replacement for REAR blend door on 05 Explorer
I haven't installed it yet, but it is labeled with the correct numbers as a direct replacement for the part needed for my 2005 Explorer XLT. This is the part for the REAR blend door. Not the one found behind the dashboard. That said, I've also had to replace that one, which proved to be a real pain. Ford should REALLY be putting better quality parts in for these extremely difficult to reach areas.

NO MORE CLICKING, 08 Expedition King ranch
Easy to install but I would highly recommend finding a step by step article, as the sea of plastic panels you have to take off is overwhelming. 2 hrs for removal of the pillars and housing cover, 30 mins to put back together (It was hot so I took many breaks plus had to go buy a t50 torx). Also the seatbelt for my 08 expedition king ranch took a T-50 torx, and was pretty well on there. I had to get a larger ratchet to get the leverage to get the seatbelt bolt to budge. Part works as expected. NO MORE CLICKING.

2008 Expedition Rear Blend Doors
This part is exactly what you need if you have an Expedition and you keep hearing clicking from your rear heater/ac unit. There are two identical motors back there, so I advise replacing both. In my case, both of the gears in the motors were broken. It's not necessarily a hard fix, but it's definitely a tedious one. Unless you remove the entire back panel, it's a really tight fit. I can't speak to the long-term quality of these motors, but they work now!

Fits 2010 Expedition without issue.
I bought 2 of these to replace the ones on the rear of my 2010 Expedition Eddie Bauer. They fit and work perfectly. I opted to pull the top and cup holder out of the panel instead of completely removing the panel, so working space was tight but I was able to get the broken ones out and the new ones in without too much issue. The replacement has fixed all the clunking and clicking and restored my back AC. I forgot how big a difference it makes in how quickly the vehicle cools off even in the front.

FIxed my rear air for 25$!
If I knew it would only cost $25.00 to fix my rear a/c, I would have done it long ago. Living in Miami, a/c is a must and such a large car, the front a/c never really reaches the rear passengers well. I looked on YouTube how to install, saw it was very easy, ordered the part and installed it myself. It took about half an hour to do and super easy.

Perfect replacement
A direct replacement for either the blend door actuator or temperature door actuator. If your vehicle is making a clicking noise when you try to change the temperature, this is probably the part you need to replace. It is much cheaper to get it here than to go to the Ford dealer.
