Perfect condition

After reading reviews of several yarn swifts on Amazon, I picked this one, and I am glad I did. It arrived promptly, well packed, already assembled, and in perfect condition. As I just received it yesterday, I haven't actually used it yet, other than setting it up on the edge of my table, ready to use, so I can't speak for value for money and durability, but it looks like it will be good for both. And it DID come with an extra screw, also nicely packaged. I have four skeins of specialty yarn that I need to use the swift to unroll and ball. After I use the swift, I'll update.

Very nice umbrella Swift

I just got this last week I’ve always wanted one. I also bought a ball winder. So far the umbrella swift is perfect. I may wax the wood a bit for ease of use.

can't knit without this...

Harness handled my issue, sent a new swift, very pleased with new item

This wooden umbrella swift yarn winder is very cheaply made, would not suggest for purchase to anyone. I had to re-string the umbrella and the main center piece to hold up the umbrella was glued in at an angle so it does not stand up straight. I would suggest to any buyer to go up to next price range to purchase a better quality item.

The first swift I received had an issue but I have received extremely excellent customer service and I am very happy with the new one. It works perfectly and I recommend it highly.
