I found these packets in the grocery store and bought a couple on a whim. I like RX bars and appreciate the lack of crap fillers, so I thought these might be decent. I was wrong - they are FANTASTIC. You do have to knead them a bit before opening, but not much. The texture is gritty and perfect and the balance of sweet with the nuts is perfection. I can never go back to eating peanut butter ever again and not sure I will ever eat any other brand of almond butter than RX. The vanilla flavor is very natural and not overpowering, but it is definitely present. I have eaten it on grainy toast, with frozen bananas and also with granola. I promptly bought two boxes of this on amazon and am keeping a couple of packets in my purse for when I need a quick snack or a burst of good energy. Really, really, really top notch and delicious! I'll be buying over and over!!

These are my favorite! Sprinkle some cinnamon in apple slices and add this vanilla almond butter - YUM! To the negative reviews about the consistency, these are just like a jar of nut butter and they separate. Squish the package back and forth several times before you open it and all is well.

I decided to try these and instantly fell in love. Wow, does this nut butter taste good! I love the addition of an egg white for extra protein, and I appreciate that it is not pumped full of sugar—only 1/2 date, which adds the perfect amount of sweetness. (Refreshing that some companies understand that we all don’t need 12g If sugar in a snack to be happy.) I’m definitely going to rebuy, and would never pay this much (yes, quite pricey) if it didn’t taste this food. Highly recommend! I eat them on the go for an energy and protein boost.

I love this stuff! I know its basically a flavored almond butter, but Rxbar got it right. Not only are they healthy, they just taste good. I love almond butter on its own, but the vanilla flavor in these is just so much better. I use these convenient single serving packets when Im out riding my bike and need some energy. I also eat them when I get a sweet tooth, so much better than the junkfood candy i used to go for. Great product that tastes good and is relatively healthy. Cant go wrong!

I can't say that I've tried all of the nut butters out there but this one is fantastic! My all time favorite at this point in time. I buy the packets mostly for portion control. The taste and consistency are excellent. Lately I've been putting the packets in the fridge which thickens up the butter just a bit. But, you can eat the at room temperature too. Huge fan!

I have been on the paleo diet for eight weeks, during which time have been trying to find some substitutions for my favorites - such as peanut butter. Let me tell you, this almond butter is FANTASTIC. It comes in single serving pouches, which makes it great for the lunch box. I bring one of these, along with sliced apples, to work for my mid-morning snack. I plan to add this to my monthly subscriptions, if available.

Great flavors and will well way to try each before buying a jar out if you don't want to commit to 1 flavor. I read a couple reviews that said the product had separated. This happens naturally with this type of product. You need to squeeze the packet before opening it (which can take a little time to work or back together). Once the bottom is no longer hard enjoy.

I used to be hooked on the RxBars when I followed a paleo diet. But the bars are high in sugar (18+ grams net carbs), raising your basal insulin level over time, and can contribute to a glucose crash in the hours after. Often I'd find myself eating two RxBars per day which is too much. The same goes for Larabars, which are primarily dates. The Rx nut butters are better for a ketogenic diet (only 6 grams net carbs). They taste great on celery, far better than plain nut butter. I like the honey cinnamon and the chocolate butters the best.

I am not really a fan of this brand's bars, but I love just eating this nut butter out of the packet! Great low carb snack or addition to a meal. Doesn't taste as chalky is just straight almond butter. Ever so slightly sweet with the half date in it. Make sure you knead it first since the solids tend to go to the bottom of the package. My only complaint has nothing to do with the product itself. In early March 2019, Amazon's price went from 14.99 to 19.90 for a 10-pack, which is several dollars higher than the local price. Unfortunately unless they drop the price back down, I won't be buying it through Amazon again.

Unlike some of the other reviewers who prefer to use this as a spread, I happen to like peanut butter on its own and often take these packs with me on the go. I have to say that I do not witness much in the way of separation between the butter and oil(?). I typically keep the entire box in my refrigerator door and take a pack in my lunch bag to work w me everyday. I think refrigeration keeps the butter in good condition. Before eating one I knead it for nearly a full minute before I even open it and have never seen any separation. I have only tried the honey cinnamon version so I don't know if the almond or other ingredients have any say in how poorly they separate. The pack I got on 03/12 had an expiration date that was months away. I definitely liked this brand over the Justin brand which I hoped to like for its lower cost. I'll be sticking to this for a while, or at least until I find a cheaper alternative that I enjoy.
