I didn't actually receive these because someone stole the package from my front door. I have used them before though and they are the best incontinence pads made. Fit well and good absorption.

No more embarrassment from leaky bladder

These pads have saved my self esteem and my social life! Even taking medication for a leaky bladder, doesn't mean it's cured. I've tried other brands but this is superior to all of them. The product they use turns to a gel which holds the urine and it really holds a lot. There is no odor to be embarrassed about and they are thin enough to carry discreetly in your purse or pocket.

These Always Discreet, Incontinence Pads, Ultimate are extremely comfortable, and absorbent! The price is great, to boot!! I feel confident when I am wearing these pads. I would recommend these to anybody needing protection!

Reliable and Dependable

I have tried almost every brand out there for incontinence. I refuse to use Depends. I finally found Always level 6 for heavy bladder leaks to give me the exact coverage I needed. I have definitely had to acquire new habits because I no longer have good holding power. But I am now capable of an active and confident lifestyle due to Always. I highly recommend.

Best of its kind

I bought this through Amazon because my local big box store was out of stock. This is my favorite brand of incontinence pad. It is very thin and the adhesive is strong. The gel inside the pad is very absorbent.

Don't worry about coughing!

These have the leak protection of a diaper.... minus the diaper! Cough, laugh, pee your pants!!! You will be covered!

This is an awesome product. My mother is 82 yrs young. She has incontinence issues and struggles especially at night. She loves these pads and they make her life easier.

Works for Me

These are long enough and wide enough to protect my underwear from stains. They absorb a good amount of leakage, protect my skin from wet spots, and prevent embarrassing odors from broadcasting that my bladder has turned into a sieve. While I appreciate the wrapper doubling as a covering for the used liner, I really wish it were designed as a pocket. The small tab used to close it still allows the sides to be open, and I'd prefer the darned thing to be totally enclosed. Because this was shipped by Amazon, I cannot leave a seller review -- but I always receive them within the two days prime shipping, and they arrive packaged better than they need to be! Honestly, this is not a package that can be damaged in transit anyway, but they box them within another box! Man, I really love this place!

They work great

Hard...if not impossible to get in the stores. They work very well & are very comfortable...especially considering their...storage capacity. Very handy to have if your bladder has a freak-out in public. I've bought several packages & wear them every day to work...never know when your bladder is going to fight back. It's hell to be old.
