I bought another one for my refurbished Samsung Google Chrome. It was about an inch too long and an inch too wide so I cut it to fit. Make sure to measure before you peel the sheet off and don't wear a sweat shirt like I did and get fuzz on it. grrr! Anyway, it seems to make the screen less bright. The screen is bright but not so bright that it hurts my eyes. I work from home and I use my computer a lot so I thought why not use this? I'm getting older and I want to protect what vision I have left. It was easy to put on. I had to try a couple times to get it straight and it fits perfectly. It comes with a micro cloth and a squeegee. If you see lint under the protector don't use your fingernail, use the squeegee and wipe the squeegee off with the micro cloth.

I noticed my eyes hurt a lot less after putting this blue light filter on my laptop screen. It really does make a difference, at least to me. Just be sure to install it correctly to avoid air bubbles haha.

These screen add-ons are a well done. My laptop has a high gloss screen, which looks great, but makes it impossible to see in bright light, for too many reflections. The screen protectors not only cut that glare down, they also cut out the blue light, which is why I bought them, but also protect the touch screen without impacting the touch sensation or functionality. Fairly easy to apply, thanks to the very good felt-covered tool to push bubbles out.

The product came with all supplies needed and great instructions. It was relatively simple to apply and gives a good result. I also appreciated receiving a followup letter from the seller. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Well, it is good in a whole view. And, in my opinion, it is effective and functioning. However, I think when cleaning your laptop, it is best to use your glasses cleaning cloth instead of the cloth within the package. And a way to avoid bubbles is to make your laptop screen very very clean. And you might want to see the cleaning stage of your laptop under sufficient light.

Installation was as easy as any full-screen protection, and the package came with all the gear needed to install it twice (used soapy water method and did not follow included directions). The cover gives the screen a matte look (versus the glossy look without) but doesn't hinder general viewing pleasure. The matte helps with the glare and also hides finger marks. The screen protector covers the glass with a minimal gap between where the glass ends and the frame begins.

Fixes the glare which is what I was looking for. Problem solved. thank you. Takes some of the glossy affect away but thats the trade off. Touch screen still works. Believe i have to push a tiny bit harder. Small spot on screen protector upon application but not noticeable with computer on. Probably next to impossible to make it look completely perfect over all happy with the problem better than spending hundreds more dollars on anti glare HP upgrade to new computer. Appears to be easier on the eyes works with the anti-fatigue which is a plus.

I bought this product for my Toshiba laptop, 14 inch, and it fits perfectly. At first, there was not enough information to know what to do! I didn’t know whether the thin part or the heavy piece was what you were here to the screen! How would I know? The numbers on the tabs wanted to, were so small I almost didn’t find them. But after I did, it was a different story. The instructions on the back of the package as well as the slip included in the package are insufficient! They tell you to start at one end, leaving one covering on and I’ve off, and go slowly. That didn’t work for me! This is what I did: 1. I cleaned my screen within an inch of its life. (Simply wiping it with that little cloth is not going to render it ready for the filter). After cleaning the screen thoroughly, THEN I wiped it with the cloth they provided for about five minutes going first horizontally, vertically, then in circles and back-and-forth until I felt no resistance anywhere on the screen. 2. Then, I ended up taking BOTH thin coverings off the thick piece. My hands were clean, of course, and my screen was pristine. It did not work for me taking from one narrow side all the way across to the other side. The filter is cut so precisely that you MUST have it precisely right when you begin to press it down! I finally applied it from the top to the bottom by holding my laptop sideways in my lap. Once I got it perfectly aligned, the rest was easy. 3. Holding the laptop in such a way that I could any bubbles as they appeared, I was able to use the little card to press the filter down. If I saw a bubble, I raised the filter slightly impressing with the card. The result was that I had practically no bubbles whatsoever in the filter when I got to the bottom if My screen. I then went back with the stiff card for pressing out bubbles and went across the screen several times up-and-down and back-and-forth as necessary. I made certain to press completely to the edges of the screen. The result was that I had zero bubbles left! Once I figured out all that was not clear in the instructions and did it my own way — by removing both film coverings — it only took about five minutes to finally get it down, applied properly, and looking great! I then tested it by opening up various pages on my computer with different color background different color print, and the like, and I could see a great improvement. I believe this filter is exactly what I need, since I work so many hours on the computer. As of this time, I recommend this product highly!

I ordered this to fit a 15.6 Lenovo Y700 because I wanted the full coverage side to side (beyond the actual screen. This fit EXACTLY that width dimension. If you measure right, clean your screen AND your fingertips, and take an extra second or two to line it up it's a quality install. Line up the side where you want it (this thing REALLY clings!) and slowly let it cover the screen while gently squeegy-ing (NEW WORD!) from the middle out worked like a charm for me! I ended up with exactly ZERO bubbles and it took less than a minute. This isn't a film, it's thicker and even with a non glossy finish it looks great. You don't even notice it when the screen is on. This is the real deal, which means that the other protectors (this came with 2) that I ordered and are still days away are going back unopened. I've never applied a screen protector that didn't end up with a few tiny bubbles before so this was pretty novel! And it adheres tightly... I doubt I'll even have to worry about corners lifting up down the road.

I was a little reluctant to install this on my laptop because I wondered whether the touchscreen would still work. I also was wondering whether there would be a lot of bubbles. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The product blocks the glare and the touch screen works great. I only had a couple of bubbles when I installed it. It took a couple of seconds only. It could be a little less expensive, but it’s worth it. Happy I bough it.
