This self tie water balloons are great.It was blocked up with the foam ball when fill the balloons with water,that's a awesome design.What's more,the balloons didn’t leak,the quality is great.Will buy again

Great refill-great quality!

So much better to reload the used straws! Bands are a nice strong quality and always keep balloons closed. Need to have strong fingers to load the rubber bands, and patience! Good thing to do while watching tv.
