Best trail cam ever! Set it up in only a matter of minutes and had it set outside. Within less than 1 hour it captured an image of the predator that has been stalking our chickens. We will keep it up now year round to keep an eye on the farmyard at night to see who comes and goes. The price was very reasonable and the setup a snap. Uses 8 AA batteries that are supposed to keep it powered for 8 months. (I cannot vouch for this yet as we only just received it.) Has a great number of options from video record to snapshots which can be set for a burst of shots or down to 1. You can choose how long between shots you want. This is a great feature if you live on a busy street as pictures of cars driving by isn't very useful information. It has a camouflaged case so when it is hung on a tree it is very hard to see. This would be great if you were trying to catch daytime human quarry. It has a small screen so that you can instantly view your results or it can be downloaded to your computer for larger views. I highly recommend this product.

To be honest, when I first saw this product, I didn't expect much because it was much cheaper than other products of the same/similar specifications. When I received the camera, I was pleasantly surprised that this product was far exceeded my expectations and was exactly as it described. 1. Quite easy operation. I think this seller should put a lot of effort into this area. It has simple and user-friendly UI, large built-in color screen, comfortable buttons to operate like TV remote style. 2. Great pics on both daytime and nighttime. As a photography lover, it seems having a matching optical lens and optimized image sensor. 3. Stable and fast detection performance, and over 80fts far away. 4. Waterproof. Was placed outside and in rainy weather with no issues. 5.Other excellent features I like such as time lapse, long battery life, playback on the built-in screen. Tips: hope this helpful to everyone. When taking pictures at night, the camera should be basically parallel to the ground, so that it will be less exposed in the middle and not suggested to get too close to the object of observation. Not suggest to place toward strong light such as sun light or toward bulb, transparent glass. Note that it takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute to activate motion sensors when booting and then senses motion event. This might be a common limitation of the motion sensor. If the ambient temperature is high, adjust the sensitivity level to high for better performance. It is not recommended to set a long video recording time. When the infrared leds are turned on at night, it will consume more power which commonly seen in kinds of infrared trail cameras. When taking a new SD card at first time, remember formatting it with the format command on the camera menu, use a standard SD card of at least class 6 or above, and note that it is not micro / sim sd card. I would definitely recommend this seller to my friends and buy more.

A quick read of the directions, install the batteries, mount it to the tree and away we go! I am pleased with the quality of the images both in daylight and at night. I tweaked the timing a bit to fit our needs better but that's all. We are able to see the deer on one of their favorite trails and even saw when the mail carrier drove in with a parcel. I tried uploading a video to this review but it didn't work. The videos are great. I give this camera a big thumbs up.

I learned about this trail camera from my friends, who did strongly recommed this cam. I had bought 3 at one time. After a period of using, I was very satisfied with these camera and they all worked very well. Why do I give 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The detection performance is very fast and enough far away, it can sense the small animals outside 50ft, I found some birds around my yard. 2. The daytime pictures are much sharper than my other Bushnell cams, and the pictures are satisfactory at low light. 3. The built-in 2.4inch color view screen is really helpful. I can program my cam very conveniently, and can also view the pictures on it hence I don't need to remove the SD card. I really like it. Unlike some of the big brand cam taking a small black and white screens, and those price is often more than 100$, this cam is the most cost-effective. 4. It should be noted that this cam uses a great angle lens which looks having 90° view angle. If the animal to be photographed does not let the cam go too far from the target, especially for small animals, it is recommended that the distance between the camera and the small animal is closer, for example 20-30ft away, and adjust the angle and mounting height of the camera before use. In the test mode, it was very convenient to find the proper detection distance and angle. After placed the cam onto the fixed position, remember to switch the camera to the ON mode. 5. The battery life looks quit long. I have taken hundreds of pictures and some videos, and the battery indicator bar is still full. 6. I can set the specific working time period and avoid getting too many pictures. 7. Met a heavy rain, all three cameras worked very well and no signs of water were enterring the cam. I am really happy to have these cams and they were worth buying

•Really crisp pics, including both daytime and night vision, especially no glow at night. •Very easy to use, very friendly menu settings, using a standard SD card. •Waterproof, no problem when placed outdoors. I took this cam as a wildlife camera, and found many funny things. •Detection performance was fast enough and far enough. There are 3 sensitivity levels available, and 5sec~1hr trigger interval. Please care how many pics you want and try/adjust the parameters. Please kindly remind too many night vision videos would consume more batteries, don’t recommend setting up a long time of video . For small games, the object distance should not be too far. In total it is definitely an excellent game camera with motion activated. •The spec are high and the price is reasonable, much cheaper than many similar trail cameras. •Lastly, suggest to read the user manual carefully before your using. Once you have full understanding of this trail camera, I believe you will love it. •I had this trail cam for a few weeks, no problem so far, very satisfied! I would buy it again.

The quality of the Photo's and Video is Amazing! and I am a Professional Photographer of 30 years to back that opinion up. Well worth more than I paid for it! Works Great too!

I'm very satisfied with this product. I bought 6 cameras total so far (2 per month for the last 3 months) and am ordering another 2 today. I'm attempting to catch trespassers committing vandalism on 8 acres of land I recently purchased. Haven't got them yet but got a lot of wildlife. I check them every 2 days, switching out the 32 GB SD cards and then going home to look at photos on my home computer. The only problem I had the first couple weeks was downloading the photos, for some reason my computer or card reader couldn't always read some of the SD cards. The problem was resolved when I started formatting the SD cards in the settings every time I switched out the SD cards, and I also started downloading them in 'dropbox' instead of my photo file. Haven't had any issues since. The one color photo of the bobcat is cropped/enlarged so the date/time stamp isn't visible. The first 2 cameras I got 3 months ago are still working with the original set of batteries (just still shots, no videos). Sometimes I've had as many as 1400 photos on an SD card in 2 days because the wind was blowing branches.

So - disclaimer - we are NOT using this for hunting, this is for our backyard deer. We've been trying to determine how many different groups / dens there are and when they are feeding / coming through the most. we have 4 groups of deer (1 solo, 1x 4 females, 1x 2 females and a juvenile and 1x female with 2x babies)I set the camera at 12M for stills and high sensitivity - got 2500 pictures in the 1st 3 days, squirrels were setting it off. Reduced to normal sensitivity and we were able to capture the deer, the raccoons & some smaller critters. Day, night it all worked like I expected. This week I turned video mode on with 720p and 30 second videos. 4 days and we captured about 8GB of video (269 clips - so about 60MB per 30 second clip). Video is great. 8x AA batteries in the summer - lasted about 5 weeks. We've been running about 3000 stills per week and about 500 video clips per week. So you can get an idea of battery life. The colder months will need more monitoring. We're working on a clover food patch for them and will be adding a 2nd camera at least. will 100% buy this one again.

Great camera for the price! It looks enough solid and reliable, well-designed with plastic covers over them to keep out dust and rain drop. Very easy to set up and program. The operation is very comfortable and easy to set through the menu. In a few minutes you can set up this trail camera. This cam uses a standard SD card and it is easy to install/pull out SD card. It took great pictures and video. At night I couldn't see any flash of light. I used it to observe what's happened in my yard at night.

This trail cam is pretty easy to set up and has a lot of settings to work with. The day light pictures are very sharp and the day light video clips are good. The pictures have good detail and you have many different size options. Night pictures are black and white and also are good, it is easy to make out what the camera captured. Night time pictures took 50-60 foot out. The shutter speed seems fast as advertised. Battery life has been very good. I use quality name brand batteries in the cam, so make sure to use them not generic/cheap brands, maybe that is why some reviews claim bad battery life. Also make sure to take off ALL the plastic protective strips, not just off the lens but also the PIR sensors and the infra red light array. The camera was out in an all day long rain storm with heavy rain blown wind and when I checked it the next day it was completely dry inside, so it is weather proof. I like you can check your pictures right on the LCD display with out need to remove the SD to a computer. The included USB cable worked fine and the SD read on my computer right away when inserted, so all the ways to access your pictures work without a hitch. The info stamps for the pictures have all the details I need. For the money this is a great trail cam as long as you have realistic expectations of what it can capture. If you are expecting professional grade pictures, especially night ones that look like broadcast natures shows, then this is not what you want...and will have to spend a whole lot more money to get. But if you want good solid pics that will show you what critters are coming around and good enough to post on FB etc. then give this trail cam a try.
