THE answer for me

This is my first purchase of a sling bag and I couldn't be happier with it. In the first zipper, I put my car keys and any lists or specific information that will be needed. In the second zipper, I put my cell phone (Galaxy Note) in the individual pocket inside the 2nd zipper. I also put my wallet in there. It's a wallet clutch purse so there's no room in it for "extras". In the 3rd zipper, the main compartment, I put my Samsung 12" tablet. I put in that pocket anything else that I need for the day too. There are even more pockets that I haven't used yet! Since I always carry water with me, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the water pouch. I've never had my water Tervis in a pocket and had it slide out! WOW! I'm impressed. I actually have to tighten up the pocket to carry the water! I was a bit concerned about the "green" color. I read the reviews and questions and saw that they said it really wasn't a green. I'm tired of blue, so I gambled and went for the green. I'm very happy to say that while technically it's a shade of green, it isn't green like one thinks of green. In fact, I actually have a green that matches it and they call it greyed jade. It really is a jade color. I like the color since it's different from always using blue, AND it is a very nice color. The other thing that I appreciate is the I'm learning to walk without the use of a walker. This Sling Bag allows me to pack up my "stuff" and work on walking. I like having nothing dangling on me. The bag is very strong and firm. This bag is allowing me to do new things that I haven't been able to do before. That's partly because I didn't think I could carry things without using my walker. Now I have a method. Now I have freedom happening.

PERFECT DAY TRIP BAG!

FINALLY!! I've been searching for the perfect bag. It's taken awhile because I know what I want. Sturdy but not too big and bulky. Lightweight and versatile. Finally found it! The material is nice and sturdy, zippers strong and strap that will hold up over time. This bag has many compartments (which I also needed for organization) and is easy to navigate to in multiple ways. One, you don't have to pull the bag over your head as the strap has a latch. Two, being one strap, you can turn and twist it. The side pocket is large enough to fit my 32 oz. Water bottle and the shoulder strap contains a small hidden compartment which is good for cash or even easy access to a key. FINALLY! Thought I'd never find my perfect day bag before the end of summer.

I originally wanted a more secure bag like the Travelon or PacSafe

I bought this to go on a cruise. Wanted something fairly small, enough to tote my Nikon camera, a water bottle, and a few small essentials. I originally wanted a more secure bag like the Travelon or PacSafe, but wasn't willing to pay those prices. I upgraded the security of this bag myself by clipping the zipper for the main pocket to the small handle on the top of the bag, using a clip that realistically requires two hands to open (just a little lanyard clip basically but you need the other hand to hold the strap itself). I felt like this worked really well to protect the main compartment as well as the clips on the other secure bags. I didn't keep anything important in the smaller pockets, just little things like snack bars, hand sanitizer, extra sunscreen, and chapstick. My Brita water bottle fit perfectly in the little water bottle pocket and once I'd tightened the bungie, I was amazed that the water bottle didn't fall out, even when I flipped the whole bag upside down to get my stuff. I liked that the bag easily flipped around to access the pockets, however due to the zippers being only on one side, that's really only possible if you wear the bag on your right shoulder (although it is reversible to wear on both shoulders, accessing the compartments on the other side would be a pain). The main fabric is water resistant. The fabric part of the zippers is definitely not. I actually really liked the way the back of the bag was designed. I went on a 12 mile bike ride and got REALLY hot, and it seemed like the way the bag had that raised mesh portion in the center of the bag kept it from adding too much heat. On a side note, I bought the green but ended up with black. I contacted Amazon and got a small refund for the price difference, but I really like the black. Felt less conspicuous in a crowded area.

Held up at Disney World!

We bought this bag for our vacation after a shoulder sling bag was suggested for our week-long Disney trip! It held up very well and was able to hold all of the misc items we needed in the parks. It rained at various times every day and we were able to brush the water right off with nothing seeping in! This was the only bag we carried consistently all week! Highly recommended!

I am a Man. I am a bag NUT! This Bag is the BEST EVER. My girlfriend and I saw one on a college student in the grocery store, searched, found, bought. We travel a bit, my passport and cash fit into the pocket on the back hidden pocket nicely. My wallet and cellphone easily fit into the front pocket. Middle pocket holds, camera, flashlight note cards, pens ,,crap like that. An 8 1/2" x 11", notebook will fit into the big pocket but it's a little tight so I got a touch smaller one which is 7 1/2" x 9 3/4", PERFECT!!! With that stuff in it I then managed to fit a 1.50 liter of Rex Goliath, The 47# Rooster "Free Range Red" bottle of wine in the middle pocket, zipped.oh,, oh,, wait there's more! I have a little thermos/water bottle that will fit in the side mesh pocket. This bag is big on the inside and small on the outside, you can put a lot of stuff in it without it looking bloated!

Great for all day wear!

After looking at many many cross body sling bags I bought 2 of these for me & my daughter and am VERY glad! Chose it for its sturdy material, good solid zippers, width and compactness. Perfect for the all day festival. Holds more than you think for its width. Held an older slide phone in the strap, thin beach towel, water spray bottle, sunglasses, glow sticks, hair clips, bandana, washcloth, cell charger, mini bug spray, small sunblock, mini first aid kit, gum & cough drops, poncho, brush, camera, mini LED flashlight, tissues, wipes, Brita 22 oz filter bottle in outside pocket (6" deep) with a small paper fan & the festival map held securely by the tightening elastic band and a thin wallet in the security zipper. A few places to clip carabiners to (my hat.) Especially liked these features: the elastic to secure the bottle - the hidden zipper compartment & the bag's versatility in wearing it. Wore it over the shoulder, behind and in front. Comfortable all day! Breatheable strap & back is nice. Easy access as the zippers are angled. Recommend this bag if you want one with a little "body" to it. I bought 2 blue ones.

This is THE bag to get over the other similar bags!

Amazing bag for an amazing price! This bag is not only sturdy, but it was pretty big considering the fact that it held everything I decided to pack in it. I use it as an everyday adventure bag and pack a small camera bag insert inside complete with small rangefinder camera, film caddy, power bank, and small tripod - all in the biggest zippered pocket. It has just enough pockets for me to store things in with room to spare. I love the fact that you can switch the strap from left to right adjusting it as needed to avoid fatiguing one side of your body. I use the d-rings on it to attach a JBL Clip+ speaker and be on my way. The pouch meant for a bottle can hold the second largest Kirkland bottled water from Costco with no issues and can also hold my UE Boom 2 if I plan on hanging out and playing music with my group of friends. I bought a green and grey bag and am pleased with both.

Perfect for me

This is a great sling! I bought it for a week long trip to Orlando to visit all the parks and this was perfect to carry around all the essentials. I kept the bag in the font the entire trip so that I'd have easy access to my phone, I didn't feel any fatigue to my shoulder or neck until the last couple of days, but by that time my whole body was sore from walking the parks for 12 hrs a day. There are a lot of pockets inside the zippered pockets so I was able to find the perfect spot for everything.. I definitely carried around more than I needed but it still remained comfortable while stuffed and heavy. I plan to use this as an everyday purse now.

Five stars for now, I might have to come back later for an updated review. My husband is like a hoarder with a backpack. If the kitchen sink fits, it might be shoved in his back pack. This bag was ordered for myself. It arrives in the mail today and he had opened the package for me. I barely got a chance to sit down after a long work day and he proclaimed that he was keeping this bag. He said, "That is a really sturdy and well made bag. I am going to keep it (if it's okay with you) to replace one of my other bag." I feel sorry for the fate of my poor new bag. So I will come back in a month to see how it holds up to my husband torture. He said I can order another one if I want to. Gee thanks dear. 😒
